"Had a late flight into the Mesa Airport. Stayed here to sleep before heading up the hill. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful, and the food was good. I'd definitely stay here again."

You’ll love our place because everything is brand-new and within a 10 minute walk to downtown Gilbert restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Also near San Tan Mall, movies theaters, Cactus Yards baseball fields, Freestone District Park, cities of Chandler, mesa and Tempe are 10 miles and Glendale is 60-90 minutes away.
The comfy beds are from Tuff and Needle and the home has an open floor plan. My place is good for couples, business travelers and families (with kids). The yard can be used for bar-b-ques, eating at the outside table, and kids playing.
Two cars can park in the 2 car driveway. The home, front and backyard are available to guest. Their is a basketball hoop that can be used in the 2 car driveway.
Gilbert Recreation center and park is 2 miles away. The gym has daily/weekly passes can be purchased. This Freestone Park district has playgrounds, train rides, carousel, skate park for scooters and skateboards.
Walking distances to Gilberts best and popular restaurants and entertainment and coffee shops.

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located on the second floor in the resort style community of Solana on the border of Gilbert and Mesa in sunny Arizona! The location is perfect with easy access to the US 60 freeway just a block away. The Banner Cancer center is right next door so this location is convenient for family members that need to be close by for patient treatments. With many dining options within walking distance and many more just a quick drive. If you are flying in, Mesa-Gateway airport is just 15 minutes away and Phoenix Sky Harbor 25 minutes away. If nature is what you like, the Superstition Mountains, Usery Park and San Tan Regional park are all within a 30-45 minute drive for day hiking and sightseeing. If you are visiting for Spring Training, this condo is just 20 minutes from the Cubs facility.

Centrally located to Super Bowl activities! The game is in Glendale but there are NFL sponsored events throughout the Valley including Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale, and Glendale! Each location is easily accessible through the freeway which is just mins away from the house. We are season ticket holders to State Farm Stadium for the Cardinals and this drive is perfect! Tempe and Scottsdale events are only 15 minutes away. Phoenix about 20-25 minutes.
Note: As much as we would love to heat our pool for the colder season it is a diving pool and would take too much energy to heat and will not stay warm enough to satisfy.
