The facility was clean and -- for the most part -- pleasant. I got the impression that the hotel was understaffed, as the front desk was totally unstaffed at my arrival. Had to wait awhile to check in, even though it was not an odd time of day. Front desk clerk was friendly and apologetic once he finished doing somebody else's job. Only significant complaint, though, was that the heater/AC was malfunctioning, and was "stuck" on a much-to-cold AC setting.

We loved that we could check in up until midnight (we arrived late that evening). Quick and easy process. Even grabbed some snacks from the counter and just had it charged to the room! Most importantly, it was clean! Check out was a breeze as well.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety of breakfast foods. Just empty tissue box but that’s not a big deal.

This place is amazing. Checked in late, no one at desk. Was helping customer, so not really poor service, but 5 groups were waiting.
This place is usually all 5 star.

It was a great place to stay, lots of food nearby. Lots of snacks in the lobby, the bed was great, the floors were very clean, especially in the room. I enjoyed my stay.
