Loved the heated pool, hot tub, gas fire pit. Large tv in room. Very clean inside and outside. Lots to choice from at hot bkf buffet. Staff very accommodating and helpful. My 4th stay will be coming again, just awonderful relaxing oasis.

I reserved a king and didn’t get it.
Front staff was awful. Not friendly at all. I stay in hotels 130 times a year and this was the worst staff at front desk. Very nice place to stay if they had better staff

The staff was amazing very helpful , the room was very clean they cleaned it everyday , and the breakfast that they offer very good too. Also the staff very helpful if you need help with anything .

My fiancé and I stayed for a business event. Our room was just okay. There were bright red stains all over the carpet in the entire living area. There was also no full length mirror, which made it a little difficult to get ready for my event. We also requested a room with a nice view, and unfortunately were facing the pool and felt other guests could see directly into our room, hence why we kept the shades closed most of the time, which was disappointing. The tea selection which is usually pretty robust with Holiday Inn, was also lacking, but that was a minor issue. Overall, we'll stay with Holiday Inn Express again, just wasn't pleased with this particular location. All staff were very nice and accommodating though, no issues there. And we were accommodated with a late check out due to my event, staff was very helpful.

We stayed in Gilbert for 4 days. It was great to see some sunshine. Temperatures were perfect. Location was awesome. Great places to eat and easy to get around. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend staying here.

This is a well-run hotel and this is because the people working here are willing to go the extra mile for a guest. I couldn't have had a better stay, and it has ruined me as far as other IHG hotels go as they have set the bar extremely high. Generous hot breakfast is a huge plus.
