There are breakfast, usually American scrambled eggs and boiled eggs, as well as sausage and ham. You can also make some waffles yourself. There are three kinds of cereals. There are two kinds of fruits. Basically, there are drinks, like juice or milk. The hotel has a washing machine and dryer, and each floor has it. Washing machine 8 25 cents wash once, the dryer is 4 25 cents. If you don't have enough cents, you can go to the front desk to change. Baggage can also be stored at the front desk without any fees. There is a parking lot.

The room is OK, the breakfast is very simple, there is no problem with eating, the front desk has always had coffee and tea and hot water. There is nothing around, but there is a Chinese restaurant not far from the car that is delicious.

Hotel was under renovations at the time so I'll give them that. But rooms were dirty, smelled, and didn't seem sanitized. Tried to mask the smell with baby powder smells throughout hallways. No pool. Had a conference room that was convenient but nothing fancy about it. Beds were quite uncomfortable. Nicest thing about hotel was the bar attached that had a good menu and alcohol selection; and you could walk to Denny's and walk to the Speedway for snacks.

Stayed here while in town for an appointment. Had previously stayed at a competitor property next door with a horrible stay. We were very pleased to find that the experience didn't carry over for the area. While there were a few items that could have been better (more on that below), we were happy with our stay. All of the staff that we interacted with were extremely welcoming and helpful. A few items that could have been better that we noted was the transition from the hard floor to the carpet in the room needed some attention. The carpet could be replaced as it is worn at the transition area which is expected over time. Otherwise the room was clean as were all areas of the hotel that we accessed. The little store area was unique and well stocked with a variety of options and seemed to have far better pricing that what one would expect at a hotel. If back in the Buffalo Amherst area, we would stay here again as it is far better than some others near by!

The hotel should be considered next to Buffalo City, about 30 minutes from the waterfall, a little drive away. The first room was arranged next to the road and it felt a bit noisy. After communicating, I quickly changed to a room inside, free parking, it is very convenient, and there are some restaurants around. Simple meals are also convenient. There is a laundry room, and the service desk downstairs can buy washing powder and change coins. Still recommended hotel

Stayed here for five years because of work. Very clean hotel, a nice fitness center and more importantly the staff here gave us a warm welcome. Brian, Kim, and Vinnie were the most friendly. The restaurant downstairs is very comfortable, especially after a day's work.

I am sure that, at some point, this hotel was first class. Unfortunately, it appears that something has allowed them to lose sight of the small things that make the difference between what they WERE, and what they ARE. First impressions were very good: historic architecture, classy music in the lobby and elevator, very helpful front desk. But then, then the shine started to fade. It took over an hour to get ice delivered to the room. The “smart shower” did not work and we needed to move to a room with a working shower. 75% of the menu items that we ordered at restaurant were different than, as described on the menu. The public hot springs area (just outside our window) was filled with people playing load music until after 11PM. (Even though they have a sign stating no music allowed.) It is too bad that skimping on the small things shines a poor light on the employees who are trying to do the best that they can.
