Fab building, loads of history , very industrial look, loved it, lucky to get an upgraded room on the top floor , very spacious with living area, comfiest beds ever and loved the separate quilts, pillows were to soft for us but were given some more, good size bathroom and hot powerful shower, location was ok about 10 min walk from waterfront , unsure about one tiny piece of the road we had to pass each night but we were fine just walked fast Would highly recommend price was unbelievable 😀 thank you for a great stay

I was one night. Generally it is clean in the room and the service is very nice and helpful. However, I was given a room on the ground floor where it was strongly smelling the pleasure. The insulation of the building's foundations unfortunately failed the exam and it was thought that it had already pulled moisture on the walls and unfortunately it still feel. Therefore, as already, it is to take rooms on the floors. Breakfast is very good and varied.

I stayed here for three nights and had a good time. The hotel staff at reception, bar and housekeeping have been friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was quite, clean and comfortable, had a good size and was exactly as pictured on the home page. Only minus points are, that in some places the room could've used some renovation, but it was nothing major, nothing was broken or damaged. The location in the old town is very good, you can reach most sights by foot or tram from the station across the street. I'd definitely stay here again.

Hotel is located near fast city tram, called SKM. Without driving the car you can really fast and cheap sightseeing the city of Gdańsk, Sopot or Gdynia. Food in hotel is really good, the lunch menu is not big, but everyone will find something attractive. I ate delicious fish with rice and vegetables, also menu for children is very tasty. Breakfast is really huge it is served by the waitress, so you should ask for small portion. In the whole hotel everyone has to wear a mask, even during breakfast. You can feel safety and protected. To sum up very good food, great location with free Wi-Fi, parking, dogs friendly. I really recommend this hotel for family weekend.

When I arrived at the hotel at 12:30 and asked if my room was ready, I was told that the room was ready but i had to pay 60 PLN for early check in: Otherwise I had to wait at least 1 hour to check in. This was my third stay at this hotel this year and I'm Level 3 member but I was treated not like a guest but like an intruder. I stayed always in a Master Suite that should be equipped with bathrobes but they give only 1 bathrobe for 2 persons. As Level 3 member I should receive a restauraunt voucher for 10 Eur but they give you voucher only for 30 PLN. On the day of the check in I asked for a late check out and the lady in the reception confirmed I could check out at 14:30. On the day of my check out just a few minutes after 12, a rude and arrogant man from the reception called me twice in my room. The first time I didn't hear what he said because the phone has been out of order from January but they don't even care about fixing it. When he called me the second time he asked ”Do you know what time it is ? The check out is at 12” When I told him I have agreed to check out at 14:30 he told me it was not registered in the system. He didn't even apologize for his arrogant behaviour, In this hotel you are treated like an intruder and not like a guest. It felt like beeing in the old time of communism. It's far below Scandic standard. It's a shame.

Great service, clean rooms, walking distance from the train station and the old town. I'm surprised this isn't a three-star. Breakfast is decent, although there are some great breakfast spots in Gdansk worth trying. Perfect for a weekend or short stay, overall the rooms are on the smaller side.

Food is excellent. The staff are very competent and friendly. Rooms are spacious boutique style. Very close to excellent river side facilities bars cafes restaurants and Amber jewellery markets. The galleon boat trips are good fun. All food and drinks are great value. . I had seafood meals every day. Heaven !

The hotel is located in the most desirable part of Gdansk, right in the center of town, yet free from noice. The historic building has been beautifully restored, with great decoration and furniture. From the moment we entered the hotel door, until our departure, we receiver best service one can think of from hotels professional and kind personnel. Breakfast was outstanding and so was the hotel’s restaurant. During our stay we experienced a significant problem. We discussed the issue with the hotels management who very kindly and generously helped us solving the problem. We already looking forward to our next visit to Gdansk and Radisson Blu. Our visit started with a hiccup but the staff solved the issue like pros. The result was more than satisfactory. We had such a pleasant stay in this new and modern hotel that was right in the middle of the old town without being affected by the noise and liveliness that comes with such areas. The rooms were spacious and impressively clean. We stayed in a connecting family room so the pre-teens get their own space and we got our space as parents. The hotel offered complimentary water and juices in the fridge which is something I have not seen in many other hotels. We were also able to park the car just next to the hotel (for a reasonable fee) which made our visit smoother. Already planning a new visit to the hotel :)

Perfect hotel in the perfect location. We had a deluxe room and it's worth the little extra money it cost (we paid £51 via booking.com 4 months prior) in comparison to the basic room. We had a double bed, mini bar that was topped up daily with beer, vodka, Coke, orange juice, water and pretzels. A huge round bath, robe and slippers. Check in smooth even if it was a 7 hour delay in airport and a 2.30am unexpected check in time! All staff super friendly. Didn't have breakfast although the attached restaurant did look lovely. All in a a real good stay and a good choice as it was 2 min walk to cafes, supermarket, Costa coffee. And one street down to the start of Dulga main square Street.
