Don’t stay in this hotel if there is good weather outside June to September on arrival our room was like a sauna given a fan they want switch on aircon on till 1st June ridiculous in what is supposed to be a 4 star hotel they then switch it off at the end of September want be back

We Stayed beginning of May for 10 days ,we opted for half board that's the first time we've ever done that, we always preferred going out and finding different restaurants etc. We arrived late about 10 pm on our first night to our surprise we were offered food that had been prepared for us both, the hotel staff knew we running late Ryan Air iam afraid. Very thoughtful. Onto Breakfast there was nothing the staff wouldn't do. Breakfast chef was fantastic omlettes to die for ,cereals to choose from natural honey from the honeycomb ,great fruit selection and cakes . Dinner was exceptional 10 nights 10 different starters, mains,desert, nothing was repeated outstanding quality and presentation,I've worked in catering for over 15 years in many kitchens this was 2 rosette standed it was faultless. Location perfect lake side views awsome and 300 metres from ferry terminal. Bar staff friendly and again nothing was to much . 10 out of 10 and we will be back . Oh if booking ask for room 408 views spectacular views

The hotel is in a perfect spot for walking to the center of Garda. It also was the perfect spot for quiet, not a lot of noise and people walking around in cars. The staff was amazing especially Giuseppe and Donato also Vito. They made our trip very very enjoyable. I have never been in such a hotel that was so clean meticulously taken care of every single day. The food was amazing. The service was absolutely outstanding and I couldn’t be happier for that trip and would love to come back to that hotel again. Thank you to all the staff from Michael and Jackie.

Loved this hotel for a short wedding anniversary stay. It is in a perfect location for a short stroll along the lake to the shops and restaurants of Garda. We chose a lake view room and the view from the balcony was stunning. Rooms were clean and stylish. Just quite a few beetle/bugs in the bathroom, but assume they came in through the window. We ate at the hotel on the first night and wow! Probably the best carbonara we have tasted. And the mussels were delicious. The amazing tiramisu cannot go without mention, just heaven! Breakfast was also very well organised and had a great selection. Parking is limited here, but we managed to find a space. My husband made use of the pool, but it was too chilly for me. The hotel offer complimentary tea and snacks between 4-5. Overall, we were very impressed and would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent 10 day stay at this beautiful hotel . I am Coeliac and Vito , Alexander and the team looked after me so well . The new decor is really lovely . Brenda and I think it was Aleysha In the bar were also very attentive and always remembered to give me olives with my drink as the crisps contained gluten . We met some great people as it is such a friendly hotel . We have been 4 times now and are looking to return next year . All the staff from the cleaning ladies to reception to waiting staff kitchen and bar always had a smile on their face and made you feel relaxed and special .

loved this hotel. Small but in a great location across from the lake and only a couple of hundred yards from the ferry terminal where you can travel all over the lake. Maybe half a mile from the bus station and close to the wee town of Garda. Food great and plentiful.

Hotel was amazing; the breakfast and facilities were good. However, most of the staff members were cold towards us making us feel unwelcome possibly due to us being younger. Additionally other guests kept staring at us adding to us feeling unwelcome. Therefore I recommend if over the age of 21 or as a family.

This hotel is excellent from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave. On arrival the reception is prompt and efficient. Not only do they check you in they explain all about the hotel meal times and little extras that they provide. The room was light and airy with an excellent view of the lake. The hotel restaurant offers amazing food plenty of choice and service with a smile. Breakfast is a buffet with a chef on hand to cook fresh omelettes and or fried eggs. The common parts of the hotel are light and airy and tastefully decorated. The staff are all amazing and genuine. The checkout process was also good
