"Reservamos nossas férias através da Citalia & inicialmente escolhemos outro hotel, mas a sua recomendação era Hotel Villa Madrina, por isso confiamos neles e estou feliz por dizer que tivemos uma estadia muito agradável. Tudo era excelente, um quarto de tamanho muito limpo e bom, BALCO bonito com vista para o lago, terraços bem mantidos e piscina, um BOM toque com a vela Na nossa sala à noite, a garrafa de boas-vindas de prosecco também desceu bem. Muito obrigado a todos OS funcionários que trabalham tão duro para garantir que seus convidados tenham um estadia memorável por todas as razões certas. Um Grande Grito para Silvia (esperemos que o Nome seja correto) para toda a SUA ajuda com Wi-Fi, horários de ferry e autocarro, e para responder às nossas perguntas.O Pessoal Durante o pequeno-almoço e Gala Noite também merece UMA menção. O hotel se sente muito relaxado e localização estava apenas para nós, longe do grumo e do grumo, mas não muito longe que não pudéssemos facilmente chegar à cidade, lago e ferry (apenas 5 minutos a pé)."

Quanto à piscina, é fantástico, grande, com um bar de piscina, e muitos lugares, então ninguém precisa reservar um. Por último, a Nicoletta não podia ter sido mais útil quando eu tinha uma crise interna, nada era demasiado difícil para ela e ela ajudou enormemente e me fez sentir muito melhor sobre as coisas. Nunca terás uma má férias neste hotel."

"The hotel could be good but from Day 1 it just got worse. The bedrooms need refreshing, holes in the bed bedsheets, flaking paint on the balcony, bathroom light fittings loose, air conditioning is a joke. Much of the paving around the swimming area is uneven or simply missing and not be replaced. Took 3 days to get air con fixed in my room…. Still not ideal as it works like a fan rather than cooling the room. On one night I sleep on the balcony and took my chance with the mosquitoes since the room was that hot. NOTE: Roomed do not have fridges as advertised! No room service either. Wi-Fi only works in reception"

"We had 6 nights here as part of a Rail Discoveries tour. I doubt whether we'll travel with Rail Discoveries again as the train journey was much slower than expected and there were other issues. However we would stay at the Centrale again. The location was excellent, just a few minutes from the bus station, shops and beautiful sea front. All areas of the hotel were clean, comfortable , spacious and well maintained. We really enjoyed the food and the service was excellent. All of the staff were so helpful and went over and above what we would have expected. "

"Ficámos no Du Parc durante uma onda de calor com a temperatura atingida meia-treze graus.O hotel é uma casa muito grande e elegante italiana. Está localizado em muitos lugares, incluindo uma piscina muito bonita, a 10-15 minutos a pé do centro da cidade. É silencioso, está longe Da cidade principal.A vista Da Frente do hotel está Ao Longo do lago, o que é maravilhoso.Temos UMA Grande Sala tripla com um Grande banheiro, incluindo um chuveiro muito agradável e um WC e bidet separados. As quartos eram elegantes e limpas, o ar condicionado estava bem, a sala estava bastante fria, MAS estava extremamente quente, então não esperava que a sala ficasse fria. Ao Mesmo tempo, as chaves de acessórios estão perto das comutações de luz que não são fáciles de detectar, especialmente perto da cama.O restaurante do hotel TEM um BOM alimento com UMA Grande vista sobre o Lago e a cidade de Garda. O pessoal do hotel era Muito eficiente e amigável.O pessoal de limpeza era Muito bom.O pequeno-almoço tinha UMA variedade de opções diferentes de um buffet e de Alta qualidade. A estadia é excelente e certamente voltaria se eu voltasse para Garda, que é altamente provável. "

"Our second visit here, we really love this hotel, it’s in a fantastic position just a few minutes from the Lake and Ferry Point. The staff are amazing, very friendly and welcoming, and always ready to help when needed. Rooms are very well designed, modern, and even YouTube & Netflix available on the smart tv should you need them. Lovely pool area and terrace, sunbeds etc. Great choice for breakfast, perfect for ourselves, lots of fresh produce, and limited hot food as well. Garda itself has plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, you will never go hungry here for sure. Last thing I have to say is a big thank you to Sara, Radu, Rosey, and everyone else who works there, whose names I have forgotten, you made our week memorable. See you soon for sure. Appartamenti Pratone
"Just returned from a fantastic two week stay at Lake Garda. Had some reservations before our trip having read some of the recent reviews on the apartments but can honestly say we had a great time. Staff at the nearby hotel (where you collect keys from) were very accommodating on our arrival day when we realised we’d be arriving very late in the evening. They made arrangements for us to easily collect the keys and communicated very clearly with us. We arrived in the dark so waking up the following morning to the views of the lake was amazing. The apartments are fairly basic in terms of cooking equipment etc but everything was clean and there are plenty of restaurants nearby! The shower is very small but still manageable and we had an issue with ours not switching off but we contacted the maintenance team and it was repaired within an hour. My one suggestion would be that the lighting in the kitchen area needs to be improved. We had an upstairs apartment with a great outdoor area with a table / seating and a lovely view of the lake. The pool area has plenty of sun beds and we never found it to be particularly busy on any day. We did experience some noise from the apartment next door playing loud music but we asked them to turn it down and they did. Each apartment has its own parking bay so we didn’t experience any issues with parking, even when other people use the entrance to park to visit the beach. The main road is a bit scary if you’re trying to walk to the beach / town as there’s no footpath but you don’t have to walk far to get to the private access to the beach which we walked along day and night and felt very safe."

É tão triste que a piscina exterior está aberta, MAS a Pedra está fria.Gostava de ter um Navio, MAS é parcialmente compensada por um SPA interior.Você Precisa reservar, é um extra, MAS a façanha é boa.A sala está espaçosa e tranquila. Uma cozinha, um mini frigorífico, UMA seca de cabelo e tudo.E o pequeno-almoço é incrível!"

"We’ve been here too many times to count, it just ticks every box for us. All staff are friendly & helpful in all areas. Comfy, spotless, beautiful rooms. Breakfast plentiful with multiple choices delicious pastries & freshly cooked dishes. We book half board as the food is incredible and didn’t disappoint this year. The pool and pool area is so relaxing. Indoor spa is quiet and relaxing. I had an ant stress massage which was great. Hotel a 2 minute walk from the lake,and town. Close to the bus station, small supermarket & ferries. Easy to get wherever you need to go. We walked to the next town (about 40 minutes along the lakeside) we book with TUI but many book directly. Definitely a 5* destination for us."

"We recently spent 4 blissful nights at this fantastic hotel. It was our first time to Garda and we were totally blown away by this area. The hotel is situated about a 15-20 walk to the lake in a lovely peaceful area, yes its an uphill walk back from the Lake but so worth it. As soon as we stepped into the hotel and we were greeted by the very friendly Receptionist I knew we were somewhere very special, there was such a tranquil feel about the Hotel, it all seemed too perfect to be real ! The selection and the quality of the food served for breakfast each morning was 5 star. We enjoyed a few hours each afternoon relaxing by the pool which which we found so refreshing. The prices for drinks and food by the pool were so reasonable and of very high quality. I particularly enjoyed my Pina Colada it was so well made. We booked dinner for one night during our stay and it was truly amazing. I had a the lobster with pasta and I have never tasted a nicer dish. The food and the service was amazing we enjoyed engaging with all the staff as they were just so nice. Our room was so nicely decorated and spotless and so quiet, good size and well appointment spacious bathroom. We are already looking forward to a return trip next year to this area and of course to this hotel. In these times in Europe where good staff are so hard to find. especially in the hospitality sector, The Management of the Tobago Hotel must be doing something right to retain such happy and hard working employees. We have never come across such perfect hospitality in all our lucky years of travel and we wish to thank every single member of staff that went out of their way to make our holiday a very special and memorable one. From the breakfast staff, the pool area staff, the chefs and staff that served us a wonderful dinner and to the very professional yet super friendly staff at Reception we say a huge Grazie Miele to you all for a wonderful holiday. we were sad to leave. "This is the best hotel in Garda the owners are incredible and the have some of the best wine and breakfast plus there are two friendly dogs who will greet you every day. "O hotel de três estrelas não friteia.Era Muito limpo e a sala FOI servida todos OS dias.Temos quarto 204 segundo andar com elevador fiável.A vista do lago e a sala de parque duplo estava confortavelmente localizada com um cozinha e frigorífico. Os plugs eram três pins, MAS o adaptador no quarto era útil, porque nos permitiu usar os nossos plugs.A caminhada no chuveiro era grande porque a mobilidade é limitada.Não posso usar banho.O gel do chuveiro também FOI fornecido com sabão e copos.Não há snacks ou extras. A sala estava espaçosa e não estavamos preocupados com nenhum ruído.A Estrada atrás do hotel era um pouco ruidosa, MAS estavamos Na frente.O pequeno-almoço estava bom e há um bar limitado, MAS nenhum restaurante. Há muitos bares e restaurantes a UMA distância fácil de caminhar. Eu ficaria feliz lá novamente.Se você quiser UMA piscina e spa, você Precisa olhar para outro lugar. Eu recomendaria este hotel a qualquer pessoa que quisesse um hotel tranquilo e eficiente."

Due to delayed flights we had to stay in Garda a night before moving on. So we booked this hotel at 9pm at night and the staff were so accommodating. It’s in a great area. I’m now sorry we only got to stay for one night. I will be back for a longer stay! "

The breakfast selection was excellent and the lunch menu has a good variety too and very reasonable as were the drinks. The hotel pool was good and plenty of sun loungers to relax with a drink. The hotel offers some free excursions and have bikes for use. The hotel is about 5 minutes walk to the town/lake and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from for dinner."
