It was excellent stay there all d staff is so helping and always ready to help and gyode u in all ways hotel food is good location is excellent ****** is good overall a wonderfull experience ♥️ their terrace is excellent with lovely view and pool (entance is little tricky😊) live to stay here again

Impressed with housekeeping "I visited Ramada gangtok. I was very impressed with the room cleaning done by Mr. Md Abul hasan. He very patiently cleaned the room, every corner, even the parts of the room others fail to do so. He didn't rush into it, despite the fact that he had to clean other rooms too. He deserves a raise and a promotion."

It was my son’s 4 th birthday and we decided to celebrate the devious day in Ramada . Swimming and birthday 🎂 the entire team were so friendly and helpful . They made it an absolute success right from the food to the decor to the service . Special shout out to A*** Chatterjee because I was running short of time and I told him to decorate the venue a certain way and boy did he do it !! He went beyond my expectations and got the theme bang on point . My son loved his beach themed party to the core and at the end of the day my sons happy I am super happy 😃 so thank u team and thank u A*** . One for the memory book 🥰

The ambience and food was excellent. Ms Ongkit Lepcha was a really good host. Mr Chiranjeet also was wonderful in hosting us. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

Bishnu was a great help and provided with very necessary amenities for my kid. Her service was excellent to help me and my wife with the kid. The food was good including the starters and desserts. Lovely experience.

The stay was very pleasant and fooding was really very nice. Will live to come again. Ambiance of hotel and rooms was wonderful...............................................................................................
