Staying at Sinclair's Gangtok added to our memorable trip to Gangtok. Hotel is conveniently located on the main road, with majestic view of Gangtok city and mountains. staff here is very helpful, ***ager Mr Rahul Das was very cooperative and they even adjusted our stay dates at last minute as our flight got cancelled and we arrived 2 days late. Rooms are spacious and infinity pool was fun time for our kids. Food was upto the mark, and they had a delectable spread for the breakfast. The Chef was extremely helpful and even packed meals for us early morning, as we had to go for Nathula pass. Overall it was an amazing experience, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a complete package.

Had a wonderful experience @ Muscatel Delamere Central. Its location is in a small alley just near the MG Road however the interior of the hotel and the polite staff are just fabalous. We stayed there for three nights in one of the attic room with a wonderful view of the mountains and clouds. The staff was really very helpful and the food was also good. The attic room had a staircase and a triple bed at the top, so the stay was really comfortable. I would loved to have a more varied breakfast menu though but not complaining. I would loved to stay in the hotel in my next visit to Gangtok

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and the service was amazing. Special compliments to the chef who customized our meals according to our preference. The service provided by all the staff members of the hotel was appreciative, right from the stewards, to the front desk to the housekeeping. Had problem with the geyser the last night and the room could have been more tidier with more clean sheets but other than that the hospitality by all the members was appreciative. Overall a pleasant stay.

I am really pleased with the hospitality and service extended at this hotel. Its a heritage property turned into a 5* hotel. The look and feel is palatial and elegant. Every nook and corner oozes with royalty. The lobby is extravagant with plush sofas, for your chit chats and meetings. The lawn beside the lobby is the USP of the hotel. The view of the Kanchenjunga peak sneaking out of the mountains is a view to behold. The resident dog, Hilton was a delight for my kid. The hotel is situated just down the road from the main crossing leading towards the Paljor Stadium. The lawn has a bird's eye view of the Stadium. The whole property is carpeted and is very quaint & quiet. There is a separate space for the spa and/or salon. There is a lot of greenery in and around the property. Coming to the rooms, the setting is beautiful with wooden flooring and a very comfortable bed. We got the opportunity of a suite upgrade on our last day of stay, it turned out to be even better. The rooms have a good size and comes equipped with all relevant amenities and a heater for the winters. The bathroom had a bathtub and a large geyser, for that extra flow of hot water. The views from the rooms are not that great though. Another USP of the hotel was the lovely food they served. Each and every meal was brilliant. We stayed for a total of 5 nights there and each day we had something different to taste. For a specific lunch, we had ordered ***y off-the-menu dishes and the staff obliged us by cooking them deliciously. They were polite enough to cook baby food for my kid and give them in a flask for later consumption. They were extremely cordial and forward in there approach. They have a bar as well. The prices are a tad bit on the higher side.
