My stay at the Golden Crescent Himal Shree Hotels & Resorts from May 29th to 31st was nothing short of a nightmare. What was promised as a luxurious escape turned into a series of disappointments and frustrations. Firstly, I was assured a bigger deluxe room at the time of booking. However, upon arrival, I was shocked to be given the smallest room available. To add insult to injury, I was charged for a suite room, which was completely outrageous. When I approached the hotel manager to rectify this issue, I was met with sheer rudeness and impoliteness. The manager not only refused to acknowledge the mistake but also argued incessantly, showing a complete disregard for customer service. Despite the clear error, they charged me an exorbitant rate and offered no discount or compensation for the inconvenience caused. The breakfast experience was equally appalling. The quality was pathetic, with minimal variety and poor hygiene standards. The food looked unappetizing and tasted worse, making it a dreadful start to each day. Overall, my experience at Golden Crescent Himal Shree Hotels & Resorts was horrendous. The mismanagement, poor hospitality, and substandard amenities made my stay unbearable. I strongly advise against staying here if you value your money, time, and peace of mind. This place is a disgrace to the hospitality industry.
