I really loved the overall ambiance of the hotel. The staff were really friendly and the room service was also very good. The food was good too. I had a great time with my family at the hotel. I appreciate the efforts of all staff especially Bidhya, Priya, Rojina and Sameer(Chef)

Hotel is very good. view from balcony is beautiful. Hotel staff is also good and well ***nered. A must visit place in Sikkim. Connectivity is also good . Food quality is also nice . A good place to stay . Hotel staff Mr Sangam , Dronika And Saraswati are very helpful.

Excellent service & hospitality. Dronika & Saraswati were excellent at the reception. Vivek, Shekhar,Vidya were very good at the restaurant The food and housekeeping was very good. View from the fifth floor was excellent. Please maintain the standard. Shall love to come back.
