Chumbi Residency

Excellent stay, fantastic hospitality, good house keeping, authentic food,ambience was really good, specially the restaurant with different upholster and a lovely terrace garden sitting arrangement, staffs were polite, would like to visit again.

The Chumbi Residency, ***aged by Treenz, stands out as one of Gangtok's hidden gems. Just a 15-minute stroll from either end of the MG Marg, this property not only exudes regal charm but also embraces guests with a genuine warmth, echoing the hospitable spirit of the Himalayan people. Upon arrival, guests are greeted with a sleek white sash, symbolizing the majestic Kanchenjunga, which looms in the distance, offering a heavenly spectacle through the reception hall's panoramic windows. But the heart of the Chumbi Residency is its staff. Karma and Apeksha at the reception desk are very welcoming. Gyaltsen was very caring. His camaraderie with the kids made us feel like we were at home. The rooms were clean, service was impeccable and overall it was a 5 ⭐ experience!!

The room waas good, bathroom should have been taken care of. The best part of my stay was that in my room I had a 3 cut glass window of mountain view and Kanchanjungha was fully viewable from the bed. Ala carte food was good but the breakfast buffet was not of good choice. Room service was little slow so they must buck up. Otherwise it is very much advisable to stay there.

Had an awesome and relaxing stay at Treenz Residency. Rooms were very comfortable. Had varieties of options in food. Location also superb, near to MG Market. Will definitely recommend and specially mention Karma from Front Desk, he really helped with places to visit and holding a friendly demeanour.

The room and all its stuffs were up to the mark , which gave me the Vibe of my own home and the way the bed sheet , the windows curtain all those small things that are needed to taken care of or the staff has ***aged i don't even have words to express..... The best stay ....

The pillows are the fullest I've ever felt it has the cleanest rooms we enjoyed a lot bed was so comfy we didn't had trouble sleeping staffs were really good it was the best place we could relax on after the longest trip over all we had plenty of fun

Fisrt of all, I had a great and comfortable stay and the overall hospitality was great… All the staff at Reciption and Restaurant were polite and Helpful And obviously most important part the food was really delicious if I had to rate the food I would give it a 5 star 😌

"The perfect place from which to explore Gangtok. Very comfortable and warm. Great TV and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff and fantastic breakfasts. I loved the ambience. The hotel is very central within easy reach of shops, eating places especially near Mg Mark, Special Thanks to Mr. Karma and Ms. Apeksha for their warm welcome and excellent service with sunch cooperation. I will certainly be back."
