1. The management ask extra charge for early check in in the property. Check in time is 12. Pm and as per my journey time i was there at 9. 30 to 10 am. It was my special request when i book for early check in. There was a call for extra payment of rs 500 from the management for early check in. 2. The break fast is very poor quality and the tea and evry food items were very teatless. 3. Room service also not recomendable. In the room ther was only a chair. I ask for lunch one more chair to reception but till the check out they can't provide. I think the service is poor than they charge for it.

I stayed there for a weekend. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The food and service is very good. Its safe and secure since as a girl traveling alone i have sometimes faced some hotels which act a bit shady. This was my second stay and it was as pleasant as the first one

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I would definitely appreciate mm t for helping me on time as i have already stated to the customer service executive about the experience i had at aarti international hotel. At first glance, i had booked another hotel for my guest and from 1st day onward s of their stay there was unending rain at our place and due to which my guest has to face a lot of problem like water clogging and shortage of electricity and so on, due to which i had to cancel their stay from that hotel and i had requested for a refund of remaining days, and within few minutes my request have been accepted and mm t has processed my request and the amount has been credited to my account as well. Overall, i would say the experience was more than excellent.

Hotel empire reception members to room services everyone is super cooperative as the day we visited was extreme rainy day with lots of humidity n water logging in gandhidham. But hotel staff has helped us everywhere we needed. Cosy, safe n clean wife rooms
