Die Lage ist gut, das ist auch das einzigste was positiv war. Das Zimmer war muffig , die Klimaanlage ist ausgelaufenen und der Teppich davor war nass. Im Badezimmer war es durch die Feuchtigkeit extrem glatt. Der Höhepunkt war das es Nachts angefangen hat von der Decke zu tropfen. So ein schlechtes Zimmer hatte ich noch nie. Das Frühstück kann ich nicht bewerten da nichts vorhanden war. Zuviele Gäste , zu wenig Platz und unfreundliche Mitarbeiter.

My only complaint is that the phone wasn't working. Wanted to ask if there were any ice makers on any of the floors besides 1st floor. Our room was on the 5th floor so after seeing our floor didn't have one. I had to go all the way down to the 1st floor. Well that ice machine was either out of ice or broken, so they gave me ice from the kitchen.

Hotel is walkibg distance to Fish Tales and Pleasure Pier. The lobby and walkway to elevators are small and not impressive, but the room itself was spacious and comfortable. They even had complimentary coffee and breakfast. We would definitely book this hotel again.

Bathroom floor was covered with water when we returned from looking around and when I went to call the desk the phone didn’t work so I went to the front desk I waited near ten minutes for someone to show up.

The front desk employees were really nice. The two ladies I met with housekeeping were smiling and very pleasant.
Breakfast was good and the attendant made certain that everything remained stocked and clean. This was my second stay at the Clarion. I plan on staying there in the future.

We were placed next to the elevator for our room. Which isnt horrible, but the sounds from neighboring rooms is loud. It took me a while to fall asleep. Doors slam loud from how heavy they are so thats all you hear. Knocks in the wall sound like bad plumbing. Breakfast has limited seating and juice was mostly gone by 9. There's bare ceiling when walking to your room by the entrance. Unfinished remodeling i guess? We wont be returning.

Stayed overnight to be in town the day before our cruise set sail. This hotel used to be a Four Points by Sheraton, and it does not appear that any quality has been lost in the switch over to becoming Clarion Pointe. However, there is a $10/day charge for parking in their parking lot, even if you are booked there. I don't necessarily have an issue with this, but would have liked to know that it was not covered in the cost of booking, instead of a sign sitting on the front desk. All in all, it was a good stay, and you couldn't beat the price for location and access to the Pleasure Pier and Murdochs across the street, and the strand and cruise terminals were pretty close. The beds could have been a little softer.
