Hotel has a great location and free parking, but that is all. Front desk seemed quite uninterested in welcoming their guests, did not let us know there is an active (and very dusty and dirty) remodeling going on.
Once we stepped out of the elevator, we could smell the musty humid air in dark hallways with low ceiling, extremely dirty popcorn walls. Room was on a smaller size and outdated with dirty carpet you would not put feet on without shoes.
Bathroom ceiling is unusually low with wet and mold spots, tub tiles & wall have water damage all over. We stayed only because it was late Sunday evening. Hotel should not offer rooms like this. I learned they are remodeling other floors from one elevator (out of 2) being covered with drywall dust and white shoe markings all over the carpers. AC was loud blowing cold but bad odor air. We come to Gainesville often, but will never stay again in this hotel. Imagine 1 star budget motel with a 4 star price, that is what you get here.

Lobby was nice however the room was a little outdated. Great for a last minute stay but could use some renovations and upgrades.

Went to shower after being at the race track for 20hrs no running hot water and sewage backing up into the shower. Had to find another place to stay since they had no other rooms to accommodate us. Also billed both credit card and debit card twice and had to get refunds.

Location to the stadium was all this hotel had in it's favor. The rooms were small, dirty, out dated, tub did not drain well, beds were uncomfortable, and I think there may have been pets in the room before due to allergy symptoms.

All was great. Shower head was spraying in a lot of directions so shower was not very satisfying. But for a place to crash for one night we were good.

Hotel is in major need of a reno. Absolutely overpriced, even for a game say at 700 a night. Crazy. Bathtub had been bathfitted over the old ceramic tub and had lifted up possibly filled with water between the two layers and would almost bounce. Tub didn’t drain and was likely
Leaking between the tub and bathfitter plastic. Gross. Would not pay more than 50.00 for this room ever.

Booked a double queen, they did not have one available. Front desk was supposed to bring rollaway and never did. Then said they were out when we called.
