"The price is not expensive, but the hygiene is mediocre. Several bugs were found on the bed. On the first day I moved into the room, the water in the sink was very slow. The cover of the plug was gone and the inside was directly exposed. I was moved to a new room the next day and said it had just been cleaned, but there were still urine stains on the toilet. I can only say that you get what you pay for, and the experience is really average."

"Hotel has a great location and free parking, but that is all. Front desk seemed quite uninterested in welcoming their guests, did not let us know there is an active (and very dusty and dirty) remodeling going on. Once we stepped out of the elevator, we could smell the musty humid air in dark hallways with low ceiling, extremely dirty popcorn walls. Room was on a smaller size and outdated with dirty carpet you would not put feet on without shoes. Bathroom ceiling is unusually low with wet and mold spots, tub tiles & wall have water damage all over. We stayed only because it was late Sunday evening. Hotel should not offer rooms like this. I learned they are remodeling other floors from one elevator (out of 2) being covered with drywall dust and white shoe markings all over the carpers. AC was loud blowing cold but bad odor air. We come to Gainesville often, but will never stay again in this hotel. Imagine 1 star budget motel with a 4 star price, that is what you get here."

"O hotel está muito fechado! Quando chegamos à nossa sala, notamos um cheiro de pêlo pesado que pensei que estava bem limpo. Não, eles tinham folhas de cama e cobertores de sangue, as paredes de banho também tinham gotas de algo semelhante. Eu chamei imediatamente o Frente para ser informado que as folhas seriam alteradas no momento EM que voltámos do nosso concerto. Eu liguei para o escritório e às 12h30 eles me entregaram novas folhas e disseram que EU poderia fazer a cama.Eu tinha um Muito sonolento 8 anos e tinha-a agora.Então nós tiramos o que podíamos e lançamos novas folhas sobre a cama e dormimos. Nunca tive que fazer um chuveiro porque o banheiro não estava limpo.Só Preciso de um hotel para dormir depois de um concerto, MAS a parte que Precisava era o que estava errado, a BED!"
