But I really had a very pleasant 4 days and 3 nights in Changbaishan clubmed this time. A beautiful mood can always make up for some small regrets😃 At noon on November 19, we arrived at Changbaishan Airport smoothly, booked a pick-up service, and arrived at the hotel in about 35 minutes. That day was the second day of the village opening. There were not many guests. The GOs were very enthusiastic. There were staff members before entering the door. One helped us with the luggage and a little girl helped us with the children. We took a short rest on the sofa in the lobby and waited for Clara at the front desk to help us check in. During the period, we met the village chief Janly (definitely a treasure girl!), who greeted us enthusiastically when we met for the first time and had a pleasant chat. It was almost one o'clock in the afternoon. We were afraid that we and the children would be hungry, so we were asked to hurry upstairs to eat. Tianchi Restaurant is the main restaurant here, located on the third floor of the hotel. This restaurant is amazing! It's not about how amazing the food is or how expensive the ingredients are. The amazing thing is that in just a few days, I almost got to know the entire catering team. During the few days I was here, because there were not many guests in the new village, our family could almost be ”useless people” in the restaurant. Whatever you want to eat, drink, or take, just tell Alen and it will be delivered directly to your mouth. The service is very thoughtful and meticulous. There are also GOs from various departments to eat with us and take this and that for us. The 20th was my daughter's fourth birthday. Lee (a treasure boy who can change his face in Sichuan opera) led 20 to 30 people to celebrate my daughter's birthday in the restaurant. It was embarrassing for our family of three. Hahahaha, the atmosphere of the whole restaurant was driven. Chef Dong made my daughter's favorite strawberry cake. She shared the cake with other children, and other children also gave her marshmallows and ice cream to wish her a happy birthday🎂 In addition to the full sense of ceremony, the restaurant also offers many Northeastern specialties. My favorite is the rice pudding in Figure 7 (I will feel bad if anyone has not eaten this rice pudding!) It is really the most suitable dessert for my taste in 30 years! ! ! Northeastern pickled vegetables, pig-killing dishes, tiger dishes, iron pot stew, pot-wrapped pork, spicy hot pot... There are surprises every day, which makes me ski during the day and dance at night. With such a large amount of exercise, I successfully gained 5 kilograms in 4 days! Starting from Sarvana in Mini Club, Mei, Vivian, Daisy, Winnie and a group of young ladies (and a little brother Xiaohei) are simply angels for children and saviors for parents. It is absolutely safe and worry-free to leave the children to them. Parents can drink in Baihe Bar. We were a little nervous on the first day. From the second day, we started with 2 cups per meal and 3-4 kinds of wine a day. It was a basic operation. Every day when I opened my eyes, I went to see Steve Owen kuakua shaker. On the afternoon of the first day of stay, remember to go to the ski equipment hall in advance to choose the right snowshoes and adjust the snowboards. You can ski directly the next day to save time! Guests staying in Clubmed have a separate hall for renting snow suits/shoes/snowboards, and do not need to mix with guests from other hotels. Compared with the public ski equipment rental hall next to it, the ski equipment in Clubmed is cleaner, newer, and of better quality, and basically all from Salomon! (Please prepare your own clothes, pants, helmets, masks and protective gears. Only professional equipment such as snowshoes, snowboards and snow poles are rented here.) There are hot tea, fruits and snacks in the lobby for everyone to replenish! Our coach on the first day of the Beginner course was Lina, who was very patient and taught from the beginning of the equipment installation. Even a newbie like me who has never skied before doesn't have to worry. Later, there will be professional coaches (Hugh, Michael, Kevin) to guide us. Everyone is very patient and feels safe! There are also some friends like LynnEric. Everyone really doesn't treat us as outsiders, hahahahahahaha. In short, thank you to all the staff of Changbaishan Club Med, you have worked hard.

The hotel is really great. I love it. I don’t know why there are so few people in a hotel with such a good environment 😂😂 (Their Western restaurant is really beautiful, I really like this architectural style, because we ordered Western food that night, and we had the Western restaurant to ourselves!! !) The manager of the restaurant, Miss Amy, is also very enthusiastic and made us very comfortable 😌 (and also introduced us to a lot of local culture) and the food was very good! ! ! There was a girl named Jin at the front desk who was also very nice. She even cut carrots for us to feed the deer! I really like this hotel, who knows, my family is soooo. If we hadn’t arranged a lot of itineraries, we could have stayed in this hotel for a long time😭😭

During the National Day holiday, I took my wife and children to visit Changbai Mountain. We chose Westin on the last day. As soon as we entered the lobby, we felt like we were back home. The professional and elegant temperament of a young man named Zhang Jie at the front desk left a deep impression on our family. I didn't expect that the Westin in my hometown province was so beautiful. During the National Day holiday, the hotel gave away many entertainment projects. After breakfast early in the morning, the children went to play with great enthusiasm.

When I first arrived in Changbai Mountain, I chose the Sheraton between Luneng Swiss and Wanda Sheraton. Considering that it had been open for more than ten years and the hotel barely met the standard of 4.5 points, I was really worried before checking in. After checking in, I found that my worries were completely unnecessary. Although the facilities are not that new, they are generally well maintained. The location is also excellent. You can overlook Changbai Mountain. It is very convenient to go to the ski resort or the small town. Coupled with the professional and... The enthusiastic service completely exceeded my expectations and must be praised as a five-star! I am very grateful to managers Xiao Chen, Xiao Hui and Xiao Du from the hotel lobby, guest rooms and concierge department. Next time I come to Changbai Mountain, I will choose Wanda Sheraton!

Cheryl was the most wonderful helpful staff , she helped me when Ctrip confused my stay and made a reservation for February instead of January 2021, she gave me a room (10 am）to rest after a long journey , then when the room was ready (2 pm) she called me to change to a bigger nicer room than the one I first booked. Then she patiently helped me to organize my day and gave me ideas. I had another problem , when I went skating I did not return my helmet ( as I was him going to use it the next day and the staff at the ski center said I could keep it ) , according to the hotel regulation you must pay 2000 deposit for them to give you the skiing card . So the next day they wanted 2000 yuan more since in the system I hadn’t returned all the equipments in time , she solved it patiently talking to the person in charge of it and explained that I shouldn’t be requested to pay again if I already paid the day before and I was going skiing today as well. She made of my stay a wonderful stay, solved each and everyone of my troubles ! ! Thank you Cheryl ! Regarding the hotel , the hotel is clean and spacious , the room includes a one entrance ticket to the water park and one entrance ticket to the hot spring and one entrance ticket to the infamous Wanda ski resort! The resort is fabulous ! The breakfast was yummy, ate a lot and the staff at the restaurant is diligent , very warm , and helpful . I would definitely stay here next year!!! I’m so so so happy!

This place is the best value for money, the hot springs are very good, and skiing is not far away. The worst thing is the water world, which is too cold and not suitable for winter. There are also few facilities inside. The big slide requires 90 pounds, so children can't play. There are not many opening hours for children to play. In short, it is enough to stay in Halla Mountain when you come to ski and hot springs. There is no need to stay in the more expensive Jinhua Suite Hotel.

The hotel exceeded expectations and even upgraded our room. All the facilities are very new and the services are good. The location is right in the middle of the commercial street. It is very convenient to walk anywhere. It is really the most cost-effective in the entire resort area. I will stay here again if I come back next time. (I just called to ask for two more pairs of slippers but they were never delivered😅)
