The Westin Changbaishan Resort

My children love this hotel very much. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Surrounding got lot activity.

Great experience with helpful and serviceminded staff. The hotel is large and what you would expect from a Westin. We had executive lounge access that had happy hour from 17-19, which included good selection of food (not only small bites) and beverages including alcohol. The breakfast was large with a very good selection. The only small issue was that the hot tub was not warm and when we asked them to turn it up for the next day that was not possible. Good thing we had one free access to the hot spring as part of our room. The room did not allow for individual settings of the AC and after one night of 24+ we turned it off and had the balcony door open. The hotel is luckily not at the most busy part of the center, but still overlooking the slopes (and the Audi sign). Would stay again.

Very nice place, good location and the staff very accommodating. The breakfast buffet very good with many choices.

Just stayed in Westin changbai for a few nights. it's my first time to visit changbai mountain and almost my first time to the Northeast part of china. no idea how to plan the trip to tianchi and other tourist attraction places, and no idea how to arrange the local restaurants etc felt so blessed that Westin staff guide me so much! say taxi, say local food with discount. I even can call them for help when we were in the mountain! especially I would give thanks to **铭and 许悦!

房間寬敞明亮景色好，配置齊全，躺在床上就能看雪頂長白山，美！！來的是淡季，但服務絕對濃烈到位，謝謝小輝小蘇的全力照顧，小輝幫忙訂票安排行程特別到位！！！下次來還住這兒❤❤

酒店房間老舊 衞生太差 沙發窗簾感覺從來沒有清洗過 很臟 服務員打掃衞生不乾淨 竟然還有上一位客人遺留的皮筋 枕套床單有頭髮 毫無星級服務理念 能看出房間硬件設施很好 衹可惜年頭久 體驗感特別不好

首先感謝貴酒店禮賓部小陳的服務，這幾天對我們無微不至的照顧，房間不滿意的時候為我們跑前跑後，還給我們推薦酒店的餐廳，也非常感謝前台經理小高和前台小杜微笑服務我們，服務態度真的好，下次再來長白山還會選擇威斯汀酒店

第一次住長白山萬達威斯汀，因為春節一家老小出行，入住之前看網上部分評價其實多少還是有點擔心的，入住兩晚整體體驗還是挺好的，大堂的冰激凌球小孩每天路過都要吃，早餐品種也豐富，房間淋浴間第一晚洗澡下水有點堵住了雖然十一點了工作人員也第一時間解決了，酒店整體服務沒有因為春節跟不上的情況，酒店負一樓有雪屋，可以早點先租好裝備準備好雪服，雖然沒有小鎮的大和裝備豐富，但是勝在方便啊！出去就有魔毯直接到雪場，滑單板換裝備扛裝備，那也相當耗費體力了。特別表揚禮賓部王祉健帥哥，非常細心周到幫忙解決問題！感謝，以後來長白山還會考慮入住威斯汀的。

度假區排行第二檔的酒店，價格是高，但是體驗一般，訂的雪場景房間，給的房間視野太一般了，在一個角落，房間乾淨整潔，但是有一點個人覺得不太好：被套是化纖的，夜裡給孩子蓋被子時，火花四射，被電了。
