This is a 100% honest review. And i will try to write as much to help other Customers who are looking for Hotels to book. I know how hard it is to read Reviews and all, but i hope this will help. This Hotel has the best service of all! From the Valet Parking, to the Receptionist (who speaks perfect English), to the Room! ROOM: First impression in entering the room, was.. WOW. IT SMELLS CLEAN AND GOOD! It is big enough for 2. They provided us 2 free Water Bottles, they have Shampoos, Body Soap, and Lotion. The Pillows are Comfortable, Bed is really Big (but don’t expect too much) it is just good enough to sleep. If you’re looking for EXTRA comfort for sleeping, this is not the one for you. They have Airconditioning (which is really important), and it works PERFECT! BREAKFAST BUFFET: They have wonderful WAITERS AND WAITRESSES! They will go extra mile for you like when you get your Coffee yourself, they will offer to do it for you. It gives a lot of choices when it comes to Food. Their FOOD is superb! I still can’t get over with the Waffles 😅 it is true that it’s a little bit Pricey, but if you’re a Breakfast Person, i would highly recommend you to get this one! 😊 Overall experience, it was excellent!

We visit this hotel for one night using AMEX FHR for the booking. We are upgraded to a junior suite #569 at check in. This is the top floor at the hotel. The view from the room is rooftops, but the room is large and recently updated with every creature comfort. The bathroom is large featuring double sinks, toilet with bidet and separate tub/large shower with electronic temperature controls. There is a non functioning lighted makeup mirror and TV for the bathtub. AC for the room does not cool well but we were provided a fan to help. There are plenty of electrical outlets for charging. Staff are generally very friendly, but wait staff at the terrace lounge and breakfast are not particularly attentive. The lady working the egg station for breakfast is a little snooty. The breakfast buffet is okay but not what I expect in terms of variety for a hotel of this stature. In spite of the minor issues I plan to visit this hotel again.

We had booked a room here based on find memories of the fine restaurant, and ended up having to arrive four days early. My husband took ill so I needed a room while he was getting treated in Hanau. The gentleman who assisted in getting us accommodated before our schedules stay went above and beyond. He actually manages the restaurant, and was super diligent and kind to arrange our stay. Upon arrival, he remembered me due to the specifics and helped me with public transportation tickets. When I was moved to our booked room later, I was flabbergasted. It was the entire 3rd floor. Views are great and the patio for afternoon coffee is super. Breakfasts are lovely in in the wintergarten, and all of the staff are just wonderful! The walk to the city is beautiful but trams are not too far away.

The location is perfect for a walk to Frankfurt but is on a path near the station and sufficiently ”ethnic” to use an eufemism. In fact, the evening is not very recommended to attend. Also, in the morning, the external noises are heard The room is large and the bathroom is discreet. nice and available staff.

For the reasonable price tag paid, from the room’s size to the huge bed, the rainforest shower option and the lovely garden view in a middle class neighborhood, i do not have any criticisms. The reception staff were friendly and effective when needed plus the area for the breakfast was roomy and clean with reasonable variation. Stayed only for one day but still i highly recommend it at the price tag and beyond:-)

The reservation for my stay was made via my travel agent. This is not normally a corporate approved hotel and I now understand why. When making the booking the agent requested early check-in, but did not request guaranteed early check-in. That means if a room is available upon arrival one can check-in. If no room is available one has to wait until regular check-in time which in this case is 15:00. The hotel is located next to the trade and convention center. There are no events as yet due to the pandemic. The hotel is quiet. I arrive and ask to check-in and am told I could only do so as of the official check-in time. When I mention early check-in had been requested by my agent a second receptionist appears and confirms that rooms are available. She also proceeds to inform me that I need to pay a EUR 40 fee for early check-in. I challenged this and mentioned that no other hotel will charge such a fee if rooms are vacant at the time of the person arriving wanting to check in. The receptionist explains that staff had to work faster to ensure the room would be available for early check-in and hence the fee. As it turns out the room was last cleaned, aired and disinfected April 27th, a full six days prior to my arrival. Hence this fee is simply to rip off of guests. While the rooms are fine, the hotel is centrally located and well connected to public transport, this organized extortion means I will never book this place again.
