Highly satisfied with this hotel. It’s one of the best Ascott we stayed in, with high quality amenities and beautiful design. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. They even provide full Zwilling kitchenwares. The area is an impressive new development area, since it’s new many shops on the malls are still not open. Close to subway station so we could get to places easier. Breakfast has many room for improvement, lacking in choices and repetitive everyday.

Stayed here for a business contest with my students. Lovely lobby experience and truly spacious location for events. Excellent breakfast and beautiful places to eat it in. Downsides? Someone was moved into my double room in the middle of a competition. Insist on a single or book it yourself if you can. The staff were still willing to work to solve the problem. There's an extraordinary amount of food and culture nearby. Very much enjoyed the district. Not far away from the historical dragon kilns at Shiwan.

徒步後入住的酒店，本來以為十點能到，結果沒想到走到了十二點，要給前台小姐姐單獨一個好評，溝通回覆都特別及時，十二點了也很快就過來幫我們辦理了入住，東西丟了也幫忙找，服務一級棒！ 下次如果來看演唱會可以再住，當晚太累了就沒有拍房間照片，環境也很舒適，熱水超讚，緩解了我一身的疼痛，徒步我下次不來了。

We stay 2 nights. Hotel is located quite far from city center. Reception cannot speak English but you can use Google Translate APP. The cleanliness was pretty bad, wet floor in toilet and smell bad when we checked in. When we back from outside around 2.30pm., room was not yet clean. Have to tell reception. This apartment is pets allowed. People smoke in the building even it has a sign No Smoking. My opposite room smoking in the room and open the door, my husband got allergic and can’t breathe. I asked reception to change the room, she’s willing to help and change us to another room on the same level. New room was fine but unluckily there are both rooms before and next to us smoking and open the door and very noisy. Very bad experience. I would not be back this hotel again ever.

The best thing is that the 3rd floor is the best movie theater in Foshan (Star Studios). After watching the movie, come up to take a shower and rest. It’s so cool. [呲牙] Come again next time.

Convenient transportation, 15 minutes walk from Dongping subway station and 4 minutes walk from the bus station. 4. Three meals downstairs and nearby solve no problems, convenience stores and fast food restaurants 【shortcoming】 1. There is no shopping mall and supermarket nearby, within 3 kilometers. JD Daojia cannot support delivery. 2. The shared bicycles stop here at will, and there is no place to stop at Chancheng across the bridge (government rule issue) 3. For supper, the restaurant downstairs here closes after 10:30. 4. For those who are sensitive to sleep, the sound of the freezer in the room, the sound of the air conditioner, and the dripping sound of the shower upstairs is a bit obvious. The hot water in the bath has unstable water pressure. Especially Saturday and Sunday. WiFi is unstable and slow on Saturday and Sunday nights. The mobile phone communication signal between the building and the room is very poor, almost showing no service.
