It's a great choice for Flores! The apar**ent looked exactly as the picture and they had made the bed very nice with forming towels to swans/dogs etc.
The breakfast is not a buffet but you have several options and it was really tasty. The pool and jacuzzi is very small.

Great place to stay with the family. The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly. Property was beautiful and clean. Definitely would stay here again!

The apar**ents in front of the hotel are well equipped and just refurbished, but they are all on a road which is incredibly noisy. You need high quality ear plugs if you want to sleep. The service is so so and the front desk has a cold, industrial, flavour.

It's on the waterfront so great view in the morning having their free breakfast...they do someone who speaks English on the front desk. I was charged $14 on check in and they couldn't tell me what it was for or it seemed like what she was saying.

It was good but they put us across the street from the property which we werent expecting as we picked a lake front hotel to be lakefront

An older property, but quite charming, and right on the lake. The rooms were quite adequate, and the staff super helpful. There is a loud bar right next door, so make sure you have tight earplugs! There's no elevator. The breakfast was superb.

I have been staying at the Casona de la Isla for several years now and have usually stayed in the main hotel. In the main hotel the rooms are small but sufficient and the prices are reasonable. This time they put me in the apar**ents across the street which are spacious and brighter. I recommend them as an option.
One of my favorite things about the hotel is the bar restaurant area overlooking the lake where we usually eat breakfast. There is a great view in the morning and some spectacular sunsets over the lake in the afternoon. The staff are friendly and accomodating. I recommend the hotel. I am usually there once or twice a year.

They were very nice. The property is clean and the bed was comfortable. Nice view of Santa Barbara island. I like the smell of their soap too. The wifi works, and the breakfast was delicious. They let me drop off bags since I arrived before check in & let me leave bags on day of check out until I went to the airport, so I was much freer to walk around.
