"the reception was very friendly and helpful. the room was average. it smelled of some kind of fragrance. after I complained, an air purifier was put in. after that it was fine. there was a kettle on the table. no glass, no cup, no coffee or tea. in the bathroom there were only 3 soaps and small shampoo bags. for the price and the name Ramada Wyndham I expect more comfort. the bed was good, there was only 1 bedside lamp. the staff were very friendly and helpful. they apologized for the inconvenience"

"First the good: great location close to the island and with a direct view to the lake, friendly staff, nice swimming pool, good breakfast. What can be improved: 1. Sound insulation - you can easily hear guests in the neighbouring rooms talking or snoring during the night, making it sometimes difficult to sleep properly; 2. Rooms are built in such a way that hardly any direct sun comes in, meaning you've got to turn on the lights practically the whole day of you want to see properly; 3. The floor surrounding the swimming pool is very slippery, not appropriate at all for the location; 4. Speaking of pool, it gets very little sun throughout the day so you'd better be tactical if you want to sunbathe; 5. Fixtures are quite dated and rooms could use some refurbishment"
