Travelodge Colchester Feering

The staff were lovely friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable and peaceful and I had everything I needed it was nice to have a few places next to the front to eat ..the manager was really nice my only bad point is that if you don't drive be prepared for the taxi drivers to completely rip you off I had to phone about 10 cab companies to eventually get a cab to the station 2 mins cost me £22 but that is not the hotels fault

We have had a fantastic stay at the Colchester Feering Travelodge! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of, thanks to Jane at the front desk. She was absolutely amazing—friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. Her warm greeting set the tone for a wonderful stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering everything we expected for a relaxing stay. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to Colchester and surrounding areas. We couldn’t have asked for better hospitality. A big thank you to Jane for going above and beyond to make our experience special. We’ll definitely be back!

Very helpful staff. The noise of traffic during the night was not too loud, despite being fairly close, so a good night was had. Comfortable bed.

Helpful and Friendly staff a clean tidy room, no noises and banging from other rooms. Plenty of parking and plenty of choices for places to eat. I would recommend to anyone traveling for business, myself I have chosen to stay here on many occasions as the price fair for what you get.

We were pleased to get large, comfortable and a very quiet room. Last day we make use of both Greggs and Burger King. The staff went out of they way to help us and provide all we needed. We like Travelodge, the one in Feering is not only economical and strategically placed, but we found it actually very good.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are the real stars here. So friendly and nothing too much trouble, would highly recommend anyone to stay here. The first night I arrived there was a power cut and the young lad on reception (Jamie) handled it so well and was so polite and helpful as are all the staff here.
