I booked this Inn for a last minute trip. It was lovely, peaceful, immaculate. The staff were friendly and helpful; there are complimentary hot beverages in the lobby; there are also delicious cookies, fruits, and newspapers . When I got to my room, I found more treats, chocolates! It had been a hard day, so I was especially grateful for the warm ambience. The room that I had was spacious, elegant, very traditional, with a super comfortable bed and a fine sofa. The temperature controls worked perfectly. I did not have time to stay for the complimentary breakfast, but appreciate that it was available. Oh, yes, I would love to stay there again. Thank you!

She is very personable, attentive, and communicative. The front desk staff members were consistently pleasant and courteous, and I experienced nothing but friendliness and helpfulness on any occasion I encountered them. Brian, the head of maintenance, was not only amazing to fix anything that needed attention but also did it with a smile and a laugh no matter how much work had to be done. Lola and Ricky in housekeeping were always friendky and conscientious. The premises is constantly maintained to a high standard and I was impressed at the cleanliness and neatness each day. The grounds are also very quiet and have an almost park-like appearance. I have another trip upcoming to this area, and after having this very positive experience, I would not consider any other hotel for my stay. I highly recommended this ESA.

Spent an overnight in this fabulous, luxury hotel with all the elegant amenities one would expect in an expensive New York hotel. World class art in the lobby made the entrance to the hotel an eye-popping beginning to stay. Room was exceptionally comfortable and noise free in spite of being downtown and on a corner. Bed linens were impeccable and soft, bathtub was big enough for two, staff were kind and friendly. The Artisan Restaurant downstairs in the hotel for dinner was exceptional and Delmar breakfast was served there in the morning which was a delight. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone wanting a resort like experience without having to travel far to achieve the Zen like feeling!

I booked this Inn for a last minute trip. It was lovely, peaceful, immaculate. The staff were friendly and helpful; there are complimentary hot beverages in the lobby; there are also delicious cookies, fruits, and newspapers . When I got to my room, I found more treats, chocolates! It had been a hard day, so I was especially grateful for the warm ambience. The room that I had was spacious, elegant, very traditional, with a super comfortable bed and a fine sofa. The temperature controls worked perfectly. I did not have time to stay for the complimentary breakfast, but appreciate that it was available. Oh, yes, I would love to stay there again. Thank you!

I will say that it was raining and gray so with sunshine things may have appeared better. On checking the staff were overwhelmed and we had to contend with a long line. My guests had to sit in the car for 20 minutes while we were checking in. The annex where we were placed was drab and lackluster.The rooms were old and in need of refreshing .( Actually one of my guests stated that there were many dead bugs in the bathroom but I cannot personally verify that.) There was a musty smell in the room on entry and I had to leave the door open to clear it out. Plastic cups. Broken ice machine. Iron didn’t work and I guess you get the gist. It was a lodging that you wouldn’t expect from a $49.00 motel.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. I had to extend the initial reservation and the staff arranged it seamlessly. The manager, Jeri, is phenomenal. She is very personable, attentive, and communicative. The front desk staff members were consistently pleasant and courteous, and I experienced nothing but friendliness and helpfulness on any occasion I encountered them. Brian, the head of maintenance, was not only amazing to fix anything that needed attention but also did it with a smile and a laugh no matter how much work had to be done. Lola and Ricky in housekeeping were always friendky and conscientious. The premises is constantly maintained to a high standard and I was impressed at the cleanliness and neatness each day. The grounds are also very quiet and have an almost park-like appearance. I have another trip upcoming to this area, and after having this very positive experience, I would not consider any other hotel for my stay. I highly recommended this ESA.

Dean and Lucía are wonderful people who love to help and that's a great asset to have at a hotel. They were always smiling and super pleasant, even at 4 AM when I arrived. From my middle of the night arrival, to the maintenance man willing to bring me daily ice then helping me move my bags to a new room, to me locking myself out, they staff worked efficiently and with smiles. I travel all the time for work and this was one of the best accommodations staff. I will definitely be back.

We had an error on our reservation that was our fault...mistakes happen. When we realized our error, I called the general manager and she was so helpful in putting everything right for us. She really went out of her way to put the customer experience first and made sure that we enjoyed our time in the Hartford area.
