服務不好，工作人員很不耐煩。 大廳等公共區域11點關閉，朋友需要電話會議也不讓使用，這樣樓道里和房間電話會影響其他客人。 晚上暖氣不開，投訴後也不開。 英式早餐套餐還可以。9:30餐廳也準時關門。

One night stay with breakfast. Couldn’t fault the hotel in any way and a good position for walking into city centre.

Easy to find with ample car parking. Despite being on a main road, our room as on the side we heard no road noise. The room we had was compact but clean. The bath room was the width of a small shower cubicle but met our needs. Reception was helpful and friendly on checking in and later when we came back in to get milk. Breakfast was great, quickly ordered and delivered. Good choice.

Excellent place to stay in Exeter. Clean and comforatble with easy walk into the city center. Breakfast was very good as was the service

Lovely fitted out hotel Super clean room good bed Shower was a bit temperamental My only real complaint is that we waited at the desk on check out hoping to get a member of staff call us a taxi but although the cleaners saw us and walked past no one came

Very neatly decorated and very clean. Comfy beds. Good breakfast and they were able to provide a Gluten Free option. Quite noisy at night due to main road. Good parking. Probably slightly more than 1.7 miles into the city. The door lock on our door didn’t work but as we were only there for 2 nights, we weren’t too worried about it.

A good welcome and quick check-in. Breakfast was very good and lovely staff. The hotel as a whole is well decorated and “a nice place to be”. But my biggest compliment must be for the bed…I have travelled pretty widely, globally and in Europe and I can honestly say that I had the best night’s rest ever - not for any other reason than a fantastic mattress, lovely linen and very fluffy pillows. I awoke several times as is common place and every time I enjoyed snuggling back down in a fantastically comfortable bed. Thank you.

The hotel is well situated for the city. Check in was easy, room was really nice and well equipped. However was unable to shower in the morning due to lack of hot water with nobody at reception at checkout to pass on my concern. Wifi info not available in room.
