Lord Haldon Country Hotel,Sure Hotel Collection B

"The hotel is in a lovely location, surrounded by beautiful Devon countryside, I wish I'd had more time as there is some lovely walks from the hotel. My room and bathroom were spacious and clean, just a few cobwebs here and there which can easily happen at this time of year. My car was full of my son's university stuff, but because of the location I wasn't worried about leaving it in the hotel car park - I wouldn't have been able to do that in a city centre hotel. This is the second time I've stayed in this hotel for a Exeter Uni drop off and would recommend it, a comfortable, countryside stay at a good price around 20 minutes from the city. The lanes can be narrow in places but that is the case in most of Devon."

The Globe

"O Topsham é UMA boa cidade fora de Exeter, com UMA boa acomodação, um pub amigável, quartos limpos e bem equipados."

Mr & MRS Smith Weeke Barton

"We wanted to get some time away as I am always overseas, so this wonderful retreat was perfect to get away and unwind for a few days. The room was cosy and warm, beautiful views across the moors and gardens, wonderful homely feel to the place and not like a hotel which was lovely. Breakfast was healthy and all made from local producers and the wine was made in the vineyard next door! Jo and Sam were lovely hosts and made you feel so welcome. I would highly recommend the Weeke Barton to my friends and colleagues and will be returning in the New Year for sure!! Pete and Jo xx"

Church View

The Nobody Inn

"Absolutely lovely - we were staying nearby and this place was recommended. The garden area where we sat, is beautiful, spacious and has gorgeous flowers in its centre. The kitchen had a fire so they have been cooking on an outdoor BBQ. Absolutely delicious - we had the chicken and the cauliflower mains with salads, couscous and sauces all chosen from a good variety on the menu. Everything was cooked really well and full of flavour. Service was great as well. We loved it so much we came back a second time for dinner while on our holiday."

Townhouse Exeter

"Behind us is David's Church and a small area of tombstones. It was a bit scary to see them when we arrived at night, but I participated in church activities during the day, and understood the local culture. I also found the culture shock quite interesting. In the following days, I would walk through the cemetery to take a shortcut."
