UUsuário convidado凌晨施工巨響，房間根本無法入睡，非常失望的一次入住。凌晨4點多，被樓下巨大的施工（或作業）敲擊聲吵醒，聲音之大感覺牆壁都在共振，完全無法休息。
立即致電前台，前台迴應説是“樓下菜市場的聲音”（但菜市場需要這麼大動靜？），並表示“會讓保安去看看”並“從未接到過投訴”。然而，當我走出房間後發現，施工噪音在整條走廊都清晰可聞，甚至到一樓前台辦理退房時，聲音依然巨大！酒店對這個問題心知肚明。
從四點多持續到八點多，整整四個小時，酒店方沒有采取任何有效的解決措施，對於需要休息的旅客來説，這是無法接受的。選擇酒店就是為了休息，連這最基本的要求都達不到，嚴重不推薦。
令人不解的是：1. 如此明顯的噪音，酒店方為何聲稱“從未接到投訴”？是聽力有問題還是管理有盲區？2. 在明確收到投訴後，為何衹是敷衍地“讓保安看看”，而不是積極尋找聲源或為客人解決問題？3. 最關鍵的是，酒店是否提前知曉該噪音存在的可能性？如果知情，為何不提前告知或為客人準備耳塞等補救措施？
作為服務行業，保障客人的基本睡眠是底線。顯然，這家酒店在客户關懷和應急處理上都非常失職。不會再次入住，也不建議對睡眠質量有要求的旅客選擇。
