Clean room, pillowtop beds, big fridge and quiet a/c. Hair dryer, iron with no board, coffee maker. Upon check-in it was a very very long wait. There were 3 of us waiting to start, it quickly went to 7, all with reservations. He saw I'd written pool on my paperwork and quickly informed me they don't have a pool anymore. It went down hill from there. We'd been on the road for hours and were really looking forward to that. When we got to our room it had a really funky smell. Not sure if it's the cleaning product or what. It disappeared after awhile. We turned on the TV and nothing. I called down to the front desk and left a message. They were here within 5 minutes to fix it. This is another split bathroom but the sink is across from the bathroom so there's plenty of room. Water pressure good. Don't care for their soap or shampoo but had my own with me. It's a good thing they just say ”free” breakfast. It had coffee, cereal, apples, waffles, bagels and very chewy sausages . The room is very tiny with 2 chairs per table but bathrooms right across the hall. The workout room consists of 2 apparatuses in the same room that the vending machines and ice maker are in and what used to be the entrance to the pool so not private by any means. Kids stay free but we didn't see any. They really tote this as an rv and big rig stop over.

Got there a little late i suppose after 8 on a friday night that apparently was a full house night. Had reserved one of the bigger rooms with a sofa seating area and only one left when i got there was on first floor right next to lobby and the gym and the breakfast area which at first i thought might be a disadvantage. I mean it was in terms of any view out the window on first floor, but facing the hotel across the narrow parking row between the hotels wasn't much of a view for anyone on this side of hotel. When we arrived the room smelled, not sure why it was mildew but something else, called in the hotel operator this evening, sorry i don't have name, but he immediately noticed it. Some people working at this places would of acted like the customer was wrong, but he got it. He had no other rooms to offer but tried to help by bringing in some deodorizer scent spray and he reduced the rate due to not being able to fix issue completely. We appreciated the attempt and overall the room was great and nice and clean, no idea about why the odor was so well not good. But, the beds were comfortable, we loved the two tv set up and the room had so much more to offer. Cost had been a bit high to be honest but apparently, it was a very popular weekend here the last weekend in August. In any case, appreciated the managing of the issue, and had a good night sleep, the noise from hallway was less than i suspected it would be actually was more noise form parking lot in morning than in hallway. But overall would stay again if in area and recommend it.

The location of the hotel is convenient. Gas station and restaurant nearby. My husband and I we are in room 114. The room smelled old and the carpet is clean but it look dirty. The bathroom floor always wet make it smell bad even it clean. We can hear the guests next room when they turn on and turn off water that how thin the wall is. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning is working but very lousy. Breakfast was very limited of choice, English muffins, toast, apple, juice and coffee.

Room was ready a little early. Room was very clean. Pool was wonderful since it was 101 degrees in Ellensburg. We accidently left behind a piece of clothing and the hotel contacted us about pickup which was much appreciated. Breakfast looked great (but we didn't partake). We saw that a team of young women were on our floor, but did not hear a peep from them or any doors opening and closing. Air conditioner worked well and was NOT loud.

Needs ”Hotel Impossible” to save it! The great location and cute retro curb appeal as well as front desk staff were all 5 stars. But the building maintenance and cleanliness were (negative) 5 star, so this is really a zero but no way to give it that. We were prepared that an affordable room would be spartan. These were filthy and in need of repair. We love vinyl plank floors when traveling, much easier to keep clean. These were chipped and de-laminating in both Rm 106 and 108 where we were moved after my son awoke covered with black ants in his bed. 106 reeked of pine cleaner, we had high hopes but now we think that was to cover the black mold that was beneath the paint in the bathroom as well as near the window heating unit. Both units had utterly filthy floors that made your feet black if you stepped off of the bath mat. The parking was great, ample lot, parked right near the room. But the crumbling facility was disappointing. Rm 108 didn't have mold, but both had dry rot around the bathroom door frame, and the MDF door frame was puffy, the caulking looked like it was done by a 5 year old. They need ”the bath fitter” to come install real shower enclosures, these are utter nonsense and there are no grab bars to step in our out of the shower. The shower curtain rod fell on me in room 108. Rm 106 had an affixed shower curtain rod. The taupe shower curtains did not give the impression of cleanliness and did not match the orange and white decor. Someone had put some effort in adding nice countertops and sinks fairly recently, but the sink in 108 was terribly cracked and needs replacing. Color scheme was cute, but execution needs help. Mattresses were the striped institutional thin kind and both rooms my mattress sloped toward the center of the room and foot of the bed, where everyone probably sits. The sheets were so thin that they were transparent! They were also very worn and ”pilling” as my son noted. We were expecting them to be very basic, we even brought extra blankets and a sleeping bag. Never thought it would be this bad though. We won't stay again unless we hear that the cleaning staff changed, and the bed linens have changed and someone is checking the floors of the rooms to ensure that they are actually cleaning them, rather than swiffering the mud around in circles as I watched one of their housekeeping employees do. The front desk was quick to offer a new room, not the first they have heard of the black ants! No discount given or sought. Just putting it all out there. This business could be so adorable. We stopped in town for my son to visit his friend at the college.

We were grateful to get a room when our trip was suddenly halted by the pass closing. The room was nice, clean and bed was good. BUT, for anyone who is concerned with wearing a mask due to covid - this is not necessarily the place you want to be. The front desk at night wasn't wearing a mask and the front desk in the morning was using her mask as a chin warmer. Half the maids wore mask, the others didn't. We didnt see any guest so I cannot comment on that, but thought some folks would like to be aware of their practice.

I mean it was in terms of any view out the window on first floor, but facing the hotel across the narrow parking row between the hotels wasn't much of a view for anyone on this side of hotel. When we arrived the room smelled, not sure why it was mildew but something else, called in the hotel operator this evening, sorry i don't have name, but he immediately noticed it. Some people working at this places would of acted like the customer was wrong, but he got it. He had no other rooms to offer but tried to help by bringing in some deodorizer scent spray and he reduced the rate due to not being able to fix issue completely. We appreciated the attempt and overall the room was great and nice and clean, no idea about why the odor was so well not good. But, the beds were comfortable, we loved the two tv set up and the room had so much more to offer. Cost had been a bit high to be honest but apparently, it was a very popular weekend here the last weekend in August. In any case, appreciated the managing of the issue, and had a good night sleep, the noise from hallway was less than i suspected it would be actually was more noise form parking lot in morning than in hallway. But overall would stay again if in area and recommend it.

The location of the hotel is convenient. Gas station and restaurant nearby. My husband and I we are in room 114. The room smelled old and the carpet is clean but it look dirty. The bathroom floor always wet make it smell bad even it clean. We can hear the guests next room when they turn on and turn off water that how thin the wall is. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning is working but very lousy. Breakfast was very limited of choice, English muffins, toast, apple, juice and coffee.

Needs ”Hotel Impossible” to save it! The great location and cute retro curb appeal as well as front desk staff were all 5 stars. But the building maintenance and cleanliness were (negative) 5 star, so this is really a zero but no way to give it that. We were prepared that an affordable room would be spartan. These were filthy and in need of repair. We love vinyl plank floors when traveling, much easier to keep clean. These were chipped and de-laminating in both Rm 106 and 108 where we were moved after my son awoke covered with black ants in his bed. 106 reeked of pine cleaner, we had high hopes but now we think that was to cover the black mold that was beneath the paint in the bathroom as well as near the window heating unit. Both units had utterly filthy floors that made your feet black if you stepped off of the bath mat. The parking was great, ample lot, parked right near the room. But the crumbling facility was disappointing. Rm 108 didn't have mold, but both had dry rot around the bathroom door frame, and the MDF door frame was puffy, the caulking looked like it was done by a 5 year old. They need ”the bath fitter” to come install real shower enclosures, these are utter nonsense and there are no grab bars to step in our out of the shower. The shower curtain rod fell on me in room 108. Rm 106 had an affixed shower curtain rod. The taupe shower curtains did not give the impression of cleanliness and did not match the orange and white decor. Someone had put some effort in adding nice countertops and sinks fairly recently, but the sink in 108 was terribly cracked and needs replacing. Color scheme was cute, but execution needs help. Mattresses were the striped institutional thin kind and both rooms my mattress sloped toward the center of the room and foot of the bed, where everyone probably sits. The sheets were so thin that they were transparent! They were also very worn and ”pilling” as my son noted. We were expecting them to be very basic, we even brought extra blankets and a sleeping bag. Never thought it would be this bad though. We won't stay again unless we hear that the cleaning staff changed, and the bed linens have changed and someone is checking the floors of the rooms to ensure that they are actually cleaning them, rather than swiffering the mud around in circles as I watched one of their housekeeping employees do. The front desk was quick to offer a new room, not the first they have heard of the black ants! No discount given or sought. Just putting it all out there. This business could be so adorable. We stopped in town for my son to visit his friend at the college.

Needs ”Hotel Impossible” to save it! The great location and cute retro curb appeal as well as front desk staff were all 5 stars. But the building maintenance and cleanliness were (negative) 5 star, so this is really a zero but no way to give it that. We were prepared that an affordable room would be spartan. These were filthy and in need of repair. We love vinyl plank floors when traveling, much easier to keep clean. These were chipped and de-laminating in both Rm 106 and 108 where we were moved after my son awoke covered with black ants in his bed. 106 reeked of pine cleaner, we had high hopes but now we think that was to cover the black mold that was beneath the paint in the bathroom as well as near the window heating unit. Both units had utterly filthy floors that made your feet black if you stepped off of the bath mat. The parking was great, ample lot, parked right near the room. But the crumbling facility was disappointing. Rm 108 didn't have mold, but both had dry rot around the bathroom door frame, and the MDF door frame was puffy, the caulking looked like it was done by a 5 year old. They need ”the bath fitter” to come install real shower enclosures, these are utter nonsense and there are no grab bars to step in our out of the shower. The shower curtain rod fell on me in room 108. Rm 106 had an affixed shower curtain rod. The taupe shower curtains did not give the impression of cleanliness and did not match the orange and white decor. Someone had put some effort in adding nice countertops and sinks fairly recently, but the sink in 108 was terribly cracked and needs replacing. Color scheme was cute, but execution needs help. Mattresses were the striped institutional thin kind and both rooms my mattress sloped toward the center of the room and foot of the bed, where everyone probably sits. The sheets were so thin that they were transparent! They were also very worn and ”pilling” as my son noted. We were expecting them to be very basic, we even brought extra blankets and a sleeping bag. Never thought it would be this bad though. We won't stay again unless we hear that the cleaning staff changed, and the bed linens have changed and someone is checking the floors of the rooms to ensure that they are actually cleaning them, rather than swiffering the mud around in circles as I watched one of their housekeeping employees do. The front desk was quick to offer a new room, not the first they have heard of the black ants! No discount given or sought. Just putting it all out there. This business could be so adorable. We stopped in town for my son to visit his friend at the college.

The location of the hotel is convenient. Gas station and restaurant nearby. My husband and I we are in room 114. The room smelled old and the carpet is clean but it look dirty. The bathroom floor always wet make it smell bad even it clean. We can hear the guests next room when they turn on and turn off water that how thin the wall is. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning is working but very lousy. Breakfast was very limited of choice, English muffins, toast, apple, juice and coffee.

Room was ready a little early. Room was very clean. Pool was wonderful since it was 101 degrees in Ellensburg. We accidently left behind a piece of clothing and the hotel contacted us about pickup which was much appreciated. Breakfast looked great (but we didn't partake). We saw that a team of young women were on our floor, but did not hear a peep from them or any doors opening and closing. Air conditioner worked well and was NOT loud.

Got there a little late i suppose after 8 on a friday night that apparently was a full house night. Had reserved one of the bigger rooms with a sofa seating area and only one left when i got there was on first floor right next to lobby and the gym and the breakfast area which at first i thought might be a disadvantage. I mean it was in terms of any view out the window on first floor, but facing the hotel across the narrow parking row between the hotels wasn't much of a view for anyone on this side of hotel. When we arrived the room smelled, not sure why it was mildew but something else, called in the hotel operator this evening, sorry i don't have name, but he immediately noticed it. Some people working at this places would of acted like the customer was wrong, but he got it. He had no other rooms to offer but tried to help by bringing in some deodorizer scent spray and he reduced the rate due to not being able to fix issue completely. We appreciated the attempt and overall the room was great and nice and clean, no idea about why the odor was so well not good. But, the beds were comfortable, we loved the two tv set up and the room had so much more to offer. Cost had been a bit high to be honest but apparently, it was a very popular weekend here the last weekend in August. In any case, appreciated the managing of the issue, and had a good night sleep, the noise from hallway was less than i suspected it would be actually was more noise form parking lot in morning than in hallway. But overall would stay again if in area and recommend it.

We were grateful to get a room when our trip was suddenly halted by the pass closing. The room was nice, clean and bed was good. BUT, for anyone who is concerned with wearing a mask due to covid - this is not necessarily the place you want to be. The front desk at night wasn't wearing a mask and the front desk in the morning was using her mask as a chin warmer. Half the maids wore mask, the others didn't. We didnt see any guest so I cannot comment on that, but thought some folks would like to be aware of their practice.

Clean room, pillowtop beds, big fridge and quiet a/c. Hair dryer, iron with no board, coffee maker. Upon check-in it was a very very long wait. There were 3 of us waiting to start, it quickly went to 7, all with reservations. He saw I'd written pool on my paperwork and quickly informed me they don't have a pool anymore. It went down hill from there. We'd been on the road for hours and were really looking forward to that. When we got to our room it had a really funky smell. Not sure if it's the cleaning product or what. It disappeared after awhile. We turned on the TV and nothing. I called down to the front desk and left a message. They were here within 5 minutes to fix it. This is another split bathroom but the sink is across from the bathroom so there's plenty of room. Water pressure good. Don't care for their soap or shampoo but had my own with me. It's a good thing they just say ”free” breakfast. It had coffee, cereal, apples, waffles, bagels and very chewy sausages . The room is very tiny with 2 chairs per table but bathrooms right across the hall. The workout room consists of 2 apparatuses in the same room that the vending machines and ice maker are in and what used to be the entrance to the pool so not private by any means. Kids stay free but we didn't see any. They really tote this as an rv and big rig stop over.
