We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad bij dit hotel. De ligging is top, het ontbijt is goed en de medewerkers zijn erg vriendelijk. Enige nadeel is dat het erg gehorig is in het hotel, waardoor je de buren kan horen douchen en je hierdoor vroeg in de ochtend al wakker wordt.

Great place to visit all the staff were friendly and helpful and clean I would give a special mention to the restaurant waiting staff and especially one waiter pasindu Ella is such a good place to visit and we will be coming back ……………………………….

very bad experience .... we booked this property for my family through srilankan airlines, committed it is 4 star hotel believing we went .... rooms are smelly, floors are sticky ur foot will become black if u walk bare feet... staff are tiered of over load work...pool is too small clorin used too much my eye started to irritate with in 5 minutes ,I had morning and night buffet in front restaurant ,food was ok ,old menu have to update quality * no lock for bathroom door and main doors have to be very careful

Greenery surrounds this Spacious & Lighted 5 star environment Great Vibes to enable us to feel comfortable Elegant rooms, swimming pool & plenny of parking Friendly & helpful staff really made our days & 2 nights fully worth it. Can certainly improve to the next star class Food was delicious, particularly a fun cooking class with a song scripted for Ella ! Highly Recommended !

We stayed at ella gap hotel for 2 nights and we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel situated close to the ravana pool club, one of the biggest tourist attractions in ella. Also its walking distance to all the good restaurants and pubs in ella town. Very convenient location. The food was okay for the standard of the hotel. Don't expect a 5 star buffet if you stay at this hotel. The rooms are fine with all amenities. Highly recommended
