3 stars because: * place was good. Registration - Receptionist first day after comming took from us a deposite for towel - 10 euro. It was a normal. But At last day he forget about this and want to cheat as. This was not good. Karoke party was only for Russians. When we want to girl from Poland sing something in polish language guy (animatator) told us that we cannot because people are sleeping, but someone from Russian want. It’s not a problem. He to shout at me…. Bar was ok, but when milk finished. That nobody can buy another to the end of day…😬 Every day was the same on the pool and this pleace. Rooms are very ok. Clean and nice. We have problem with a card in our room. We told about this in reception. Nobody help us, just ignored.. When we was mini bar closed because they to prepare a party for Dj Kora LOVA… in another bar they have only a waffers and don’t speak English. In reception if asking that they speak English. Conversations started in English but they changed and want to talk Russians. ***? Not international Hotel. Stay was pleasant. Food - hm every day barbeques .. it is a dream something fit :) Beach was private - it was good and have a nice view. Lifeguard was very nice 💕 I lost my password to wifi and a girl from reception was not nice. She told me that „It was better not to Lose him”. I think that it was not her business. Wifi cost 15 euro per 7 days. It a different in photo in social media and reality. It will be nice, when hotel will a open from another people from another place in world than Russia.

I’ve just come back after two weeks at this crap hotel, the rooms stink like toilets, have faulty lighting in the dark corridors, food is precooked and cold. Extremely little English spoken. My first impression of this hotel would be a very begrudged 3* all the entertainment was in German & Russian. If you like cheap cold food for what you pay you’ll be ok, if you don’t I’d definitely avoid this hotel and definitely won’t be going back to it ( THE WORST HOTEL IVE EVER STOPPED IN)

Most horrendous hotel iv stayed in.Would advise to stay away..2 weeks of hell...... Husband and i and eldest son/girlfriend were take to tiny rooms that smelt rank of stale urine as soon as the porter opened the door.(porter also broke the handle off my husbands suitcase so had to buy a new one). Eventually after alot of hassle as nobody speaks English all got new rooms. Son had a broken bed for 2 weeks even with reporting 5 times throughout hoilday. No staff throughout the 2 weeks could speak English and very rude/unhelpful. Only a handful of staff were ok. ** Find a lady called Beryl coz she one lovely genuine lady ❤️** Meal times are just a free for all of pushing/shoving.Not worth the fight as the food is crap 💩 Plates/cups not washed properly as still dirty. Drinks taste of cheap Acid/even soft drinks. could go on but would be an essay... Main advice..GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!

Just got back from staying here for two weeks and there really aren’t a lot of positives I can say about this hotel but a whole lot of negatives. Starting with the customer service. Very little of the staff that work there especially the front desk knew very little to no English which made bringing any issues up more difficult as they didn’t understand (majority of the time the issues were never even resolved). Whenever we asked for something we kept being told no FORBIDDEN, even though we had seen other people be given what we were asking for literally just before we were served… (maybe it was just because we weren’t Russian as it seemed to be more catered to them). We arrived very early hours of the morning around 2/3am and the first room we were given smelt like a back alley and stunk of urine throughout. Meaning on our first night we were forced to spend most of our time sat in the lobby as the smell was unbearable. We eventually got another room which was partially better but on some occasions the smell would still appear here and there. The room walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbours using the bathroom if you’re in yours at the same time. They say all inclusive but you only have an option of gin or vodka and some really poorly made cocktails using the 2 spirits which most of the time was already pre made and stored in juice dispensers and really rubbish plastic cups. The food is pretty poor, and most of the time served COLD. The restaurant at tea time is chaos and no form of control just people pushing in and piling up their plates like absolute pigs (kind of like the parents in spirited away). Check out is 12, and if you have a later flight you will have to just leave your luggage in the lobby with no locked room to keep your belongings safe. On the plus side the pool was pretty nice minus the uncomfortable sun loungers. & Beryl was the most loveliest throughout our stay and did actually cater to our needs when we saw her. Shame she wasn’t there 24/7 as it would have made our stay a whole lot better. There is a 100 more negatives that I could possibly say but I’m not sure anyone that comes to read reviews wants to read a novel.

Absolutely vile hotel. Canceled our original hotel 2 days prior to us flying and sent us here. Never seen a worse episode of catfish. Pics must be years ago because it’s so run down now it’s unbelievable. First night I didn’t even want to say in our room. Small, dirty and smelt of stale urine ended up touring around the hotel ground all night. Cocktails pre made in a big dispenser. Cheap cheap alcohol not even big bottles. Only 40ml bottles. Won’t give you 2 in one cup as it’s ’forbidden’ 90% of the time you get them in tiny disposable flimsy plastic cups. Mojito tastes like toothpaste as they use mint syrup. Staff are aweful and rude. None speak English along with the guests. Very very little English people come here and I can’t blame them. Upon check out today they don’t even have a room to store luggage so our luggage is just sat in the reception area for around 11 hours while we wait for transfer to the airport. Only decent positive thing I can say about tho hotel — the pools alright 🤷‍♂️

Fazlasıyla renkli, canlı güzel konseptli bir otel etkinlikleri dolu dolu geçen denizi de gayet güzel misafir ilişkileri departmanı müdürü fehime hanım cok ilgiliydi ilgilerinden dolayı çok teşekkür ederim restorantdaki yemekler çok çeşitli ve gayet lezzetliydi.

Had standard room on 3rd floor No lift room was very small and basic. mini bar only water. Entertainment was for Russians 900 guests mostly Russian. Could never find a table in restaurant so took my plate outside the queue at the bar in the evening was unreal 1 person serving barbecue the same waited an hour for a piece of chicken . Just gave up the second week and went to my room.

amazing hotel and the staff are so friendly end will help with anything especially the guest relations manager Fehime she is amazing and has made our holiday 10x better. the entertainers are unreal and not just for the kids, they take you clubbing with the hotel, help with the outdoor gym and can help with anything you need around Alanya. if you’re stuck they know exactly what to do and we always felt safe and in good hands. already booked for next year!!
