I’m not really one to write reviews however, i believe this hotel really requires one. To begin with this hotel is known as a 5 star and i honestly don’t understand how, as it is barely pushing a 2 star. The only positive thing i can say about it was the wifi. However, the negatives greatly outweigh the positive. I travelled with my partner and the second day our air conditioning didn’t work, we rang for it to be fixed or for an alternative but they could not provide either and we had a whole night without air-con in 30 degree heat. Regarding this matter, we went to reception the day after, we spoke to the lady in reception and the next minute a rep who works for “love holidays” in our hotel interrupts us, shoving a piece of paper in our face “who are you where are you on this” “you come here today” nothing to do with the problem we had. He then consisted to pester us, he was raising his voice because we didn’t attend a meeting the day before, something we didn’t want to do on holiday as it wasn’t necessary, he stated that it was to do with transfers to the airport on our trip home but it was just to sell us excursions, because we didn’t go to the meeting he proceeded to threaten us saying he’ll cancel our transfer and flight because of it, which to me caused me stress and worry for the rest of my holiday. After this incident, the lady at reception was rude with us both even though it was not our fault, and would not help us order a taxi to leave the hotel, she just sent us off when we were oblivious of the area. Our room was basic, we were told the mini fridge was free however it was 3 random drinks that i believe the last guest just left previously. The room was cleaned daily however, we were there for 5 nights and our towels were not changed once. In our hotel, there were a lot of russian guests, which is no problem however, the hotel staff seemed to favour them over anyone else. They have no manners, we got ourselves a table for breakfast and dinner and put our drinks down and cutlery where they then proceeded to throw our drinks away and take our table and the staff in the restaurant just allowed it to happen. They do not queue, i was waiting in a queue for 10 minutes and the amount of people who pushed in front of me was unbelievable and rude, it’s almost like i wasn’t there. The drinks are quite undoubtedly watered down, except the vodka for obvious reasons. All drinks are served in a plastic cup, and most of the time flat. The pool bar area is very scruffy, it has a bad smell of what was believed to be cat feces. At meal times, i found that if you went in any later than 7.30pm most food was gone, and i didn’t notice any being replaced after then. The food was repetitive everyday, it is quite obvious they mix all the leftovers from the previous meal times to create a new “dish”. So overall, i’d highly recommend avoiding this hotel. A week ago, we just came back from the vacation in Doganay Beach hotel. First of all, I want to say the good things about hotel because for sure we enjoyed and relaxing during our holidays. The food was so tasty and with big selection. We really loved the dinner because there was a tasty kind of meat, special in the day when they gave Turkish dinner and also we really like sushi evening. The restaurant so clean and people working there so kind and nice and helpful. And ice cream was really tasty. The drink was also okay, the barmans was so friendly and always smiling with positive energy. I really saw that they like their job and they are doing it from the bottom of their heart. The rooms was okay, clean, but the toilet didn't work as well and was a little bit dirty. But the housekeeping was so friendly and we really love the woman who clean our room. The swimming pool so so so nice - I really loved it that swimming pool is together for adults and for kids because I could enjoy on the swimming pool with my child and the same moment. The beach - it was okay but could be better a bit , the beach bar and snacks was also okay - we loved the pizza there, and the pizza man so kind! The most what I didn't like it was animation team except girl from kids club but also I even don't know her name - it was so clear they are already tired from the season and don't want work. We even didn't know their names. They made activities but they just gave information and people had to come by themself. They are just walking around our sunbeds but they didn't even talk to us sometimes even didn't look at us and ignored us. Special the chief animation Ercan, he never talked to anyone, and even didn't say hello to guests. He never smiled even on the stage and when he spoke by microphone it was really often not understanding. I was a chief animator in other country such long time and for me the behaviour of chief animation so rude. From the first day I saw that two girls carried the table and he was sitting and watching it - not accepted. He didn't support and motivate them it's why for me this animation didn't do their job. I thought during my vacation there I will enjoy as well but even the show was really boring. We were there 10 days and the karaoke was 3 times. We really like just one show from outside - Mongolian show - it was great and we really loved to see it. The rest was really boring. I was there with my three year old baby and she really loved kids club and mini disco. The girl from kids club made a good face painting for my daughter and also teaches her a lot of dances and she is dancing home till now. She did a great job. We saw in the social media that they are doing such perfect job it's why also we choosed this hotel but we came in the end of September and there was nothing from this and we were really disappointed. Super rooftop pool and deck area. Great superking double bed. Clean beach and pool towels available for free everyday. Buffet breakfast with Turkish theme, no full English here but perfectly fine for our taste. Staff friendly and welcoming. Rooms cleaned everyday with bed linen change every other day. Aircon fast and efficient. Konakli is about 10kms from Alanya. We hired a car, hotel transport, taxis, excursion buses available but we prefer independence of our own transport. Very happy to recommend hotel.

We've checked in for one night but the atmosphere and hotel itself surprised us so much that weve extended our stay twice in total of 5 days. Rooms are super clean and modern (not very big but we'll organized and comfortable). All area around the hotel is very clean and Cosy (from restaurant to pool and the ways between the areas). We were served daily with delicious breakfast (included in the price). Staff is very friendly, helpful and make sure that you're relaxed as much as possible. The hotel is taken care of with the smallest details (nice shower gel which are really foamy :), great sponges, soaps which doesn't dehydrate your skin, great working equipment, comfortable bed on which we slept amazing, good working airco, nice pool with small Jacuzzi, own parking area, close to the city center but you still need to use a car if you don't like walking too much :), sponges on the sunbeds are super comfy and amount of beds let you always find your spot :). Bar by the pool serve nice cocktails (additional price) but they will surely make you happy with any your request. Entertainment manager Metin is making really good job with giving all necessary informations and advises regarding spending the day or night in the nearby areas, great small talks during the day - people love it :) We can't complain about anything and we will surely come back to Ada Port :)

I had a really lovely stay at this hotel. It looks nice and clean The staff is real nice aswell. You got a strong free working WiFi. And they are always willing to help out. I would definitely stay there again. It's in the more quiet and cheaper bit of Alanya. Like a 30minute walk along the Atatürk blvd to the start of the center. If you use the e-scooter app from Binbin or Beam though, you're back and forth to the busier parts in no time. Plus most excusions, hammam and other things to do in and around Alanya, have a pick up service I was alone so I got the 2 room apt. On the mountain side. Perfect for shadow in the afternoon. The view was really nice, if you look past the fact that the neighbours are close, which I did. I enjoyed the beautiful mountains. It' s close to the beach Just a stroll away. The room was very clean. Which I appreciate and I know the very friendly ladies work hard to keep it that way, every single day. Highly appreciated. It' s near a big supermarket Migros for everyday needs and a pharmacy. Airco is good. I recommend taking it, cause it can get quite hot. There is one in the livingroom, not in the 2 room apts bedroom. Little minor details Are the shower head, that wasn't clean....plus it kept on fainting And I would not take breakfast inclusive again. It's okay, nothing special, but I asked for no meat and got it on my plate both times I ate there. Even just between my omelete and bread. They just took the sausage away and that was that....but no. After two tries I decided tot take breakfast in the city My side, which is the same side as the front entrance, is also the side close to the Coastal highway. You get used to it. So don't overthink it. It's just that a midnight honking can startle you whilest sleeping. Again. If I ever return to Alanya, I will definitely stay here.
