The biggest appeal of this hotel to attract guests is to stay in its city view rooms, especially the city view suites, which overlook the skyline and the city of Barcelona. If the weather is good, you can also enjoy a great sunrise view. But the hotel has an obvious disadvantage, that is, the traffic is inconvenient, and no shops can be found within a 15-minute drive. Guests who have just arrived at the hotel want to go out to buy bottles of water and snacks have become difficult. According to reports, the hotel is about seven or ** miles from the city center and the seaside. However, because of the mountain, it is necessary to take a taxi from the hotel to the city for about 35 euros. If you are not traveling by car or traveling to Barcelona for the first time, it is not suitable to live on the mountain. It is necessary to add that the hotel staff is still polite and enthusiastic. I checked in at 9:00 p.m. and went up to the room, when I went down to dinner at 10:05 p.m. they told me that the restaurant closes at 10:00 p.m. I think it's normal to report that, especially when you arrive at that time. In addition, they did not give me options of where to go for dinner or anything. Just ”closes at 10:00 pm” period.

Breakfast is amazing, offering a large variety of choice, everything very fresh and inviting. Staff is very friendly, service minded and arranging everything one could need help with. We took 4 road bikes with us and we could easily store them in a safe room. We will definitively cone back next time we pass Barcelona!

Honestamente, no tengo palabras para describir lo increíble que es llegar al hotel y ver que ella está ahí para atenderte con una sonrisa de oreja a oreja, siempre, pase lo que pase. Gracias a ella, puedo decir que estar en el hotel mientras ella está ahí es como estar en CASA. La vida se conforma de experiencias y las personas somos los actores de las mismas. Pues gracias a Coral, puedo decir que la experiencia de alojarte en el Ibis Mollet es sencillamente increíble e insuperable. La verdad, no me imagino el día en el que llegue al hotel y ella no esté ahí para atenderte con la mejor de sus sonrisas. Seguramente, si ella no estuviese trabajando en este hotel, no iría tantas veces e incluso me plantearía cambiar de hotel. Y no solo yo, sino toda mi empresa. Dicho esto, desde aquí le pido al CEO de toda esta gran empresa, que siga apostando por profesionales como Coral y que no los dejen marchar nunca, pues son ellos los actores protagonistas del crecimiento de una empresa.

Self service checked in due we arrived in the late afternoon. The lobby staff provided front desk service until 1400. Afterward the lobby was closed and we might enquiry through the internal telephone. Our room was fine but there was no refrigerator, tea pot with tea or coffee. The staffs were helpful. Hotel location was worse, far away from rail station. We took time and spend extra expense on transport. There were two supermarkets and some shops nearby the hotel.

Just returned from a week stay at the hotel. The hotel is super clean and offers a gd bfast. However I hate to say that we r soo disappointed with the approach of the receptionists. We r a family of 5 ... 2 adults and 3 kids and thus had 2 interconnecting rooms. By mistake one of the kids locked one of the rooms with the chain and thus could not open the door. We asked the receptionists (2 young ladies) to help us out. After something like an hour waiting they told us that the maintence guy cannot be reached. We asked for a scew driver to unscrew the chain and they told us with have to give our visa no as these were d instructions. Of course we refused and after another hr or so, I had to reexplain that I had imp medication in the room and couldn't no spend the night outside without it. Only then did one of the them decide to come up and see my husband unlock the chain in 2 mins! No apologies nothing.... On another day we asked how we can get to some funpark with kids. Since we didn't have a car they told us that it is practically impossible. It is clear they (once again the 2 ladies) have no idea.... Absolutely.... How to inform clients how to get there. We had to ask locals to help us.... And we managed Illa fun park and also Porta Avventura with no hassle at all using a train! Unbelievable. When we needed a taxi a helpful receptionist, Marc always called for us and the taxi came in no time. However when we asked the same 2 receptionists.... They wanted to give us the number of the driver and we had to call. Im so sorry to complain however I believe that the receptionists have to have basic manners and information skills to direct their clients in a decent manner. The situation was so hilarious that sometimes I thought they were playing some joke on us😶

Nous sommes venu 2 nuits à 3 personnes. Très bon accueil, centre ville à 10min pour manger, chambre propre, grand lit 2 personnes, frigo, évier, micro ondes à disposition dans la chambre. Seul petit bémol, on entendait le bruit dans le couloir et dans la chambre voisine la première nuit.

He went out of his way to help me one morning (which was a huge blessing) and he always greeted me with a smile and a positive attitude. Thank you for everything you do! Simple, clean business hotel. Bed sheets are thin, but it’s been renovated and has what you need for a short work stay outside the city centre.
