Bonjour, Hôtel à fuite d'urgence qui ne mérite pas d'être étoile, l'établissement est vétéros moyens, nous avons réservé une chambre qui était normalement la plus haute en gamme au tarif le plus élevé 93.30€ pour une nuit. l'accès a l'appartement 6 personnes se fait par l'arrière du bâtiment qd la réception est fermée nous sommes arrivés tard donc pas de réception valise tirer sur l'heure et la boue car l'arrosage automatique était enclenché nous avons été trempée alors que j'ai une enfant malade. laborieux. volet cassé, sol sale, tiroir meuble salle de bain cassée, tringle instable. les photos n'ont rien à voir avec la réalité même la piscine toute petite alors que les résident sont nombreux pas de place pour tout le monde. le jour de notre départ le personnel n'a pas voulu posez l'insuline de ma fille dans un réfrigérateur inhumain. pendant que ma fille était au toilette un homme du personnel est rentré par une porte soit disant condamné avant le Check oout sans sonné à la porte c'est vraiment Irrespectueux et pas professionnel. je ne reviendrai plus l'expérience a été laborieuse pour 2 nuits avec enfants de 14 et 8 ans.

Les horaires d'arrivée et de départ sur le site ne correspondaient pas à la réalité... J'ai été obligé d'attendre 3 quarts d'heure 😱😰 J'ai payé la taxe de séjour... alors que sur le site, il est indiqué taxes incluses 😰😱 Sinon, cette location est d'un bon rapport qualité/ prix... 😁🤪

Lovely hotel - rooms dotted around within a hillside woodland. Great restaurant - lots of nice areas for sitting and enjoying the ambiance….. highly recommended! On booking.com it said “no parking” but there’s ample parking in several areas and totally secure. I really loved staying here and will certainly return.

The level of the motel, there is no service, there is free parking suitable for self-driving tour, the room has kitchen equipment, can make a simple meal, this is good, breakfast is quite satisfactory.

This business needs a huge overhaul. It is unacceptable to rob guests with such terrible accommodation. I had booked 10 days in this place. Upon my arrival after a long trip with my heavy backpack, the receptionist ignored me as I waited for her to greet me. What a greeting! 'You will need to bring your rubbish in the bin before you leave; you will be given fresh linen in four days; you need to sign in to the internet every time you use it; you will need to do the dishes before you leave' etc...No welcome words, only orders. I felt I was signing in to jail! I have been in hostels in the past, am well travelled and I manage my expectations, but this was far worse than any hostel, airbnb, hotel, or residence I have ever been to. Upon entering my studio - I would not call it an apartment, I found the shower head dirty, the wastebasket dirty, the walls bare of any decor except for a cheap frame. There was only ONE plastic hanger in the closet, with all the others broken. In the kitchen, there was a 2oz bottle of washing detergent and not much at all, not even a coffee maker, just a kettle. There was only one roll of toilet paper for my 10 day stay. No one was ever at the reception except early in the mornings. You could not reach anyone in the afternoon or evening. When I ran out of toilet paper, I asked on my way out to have a few rolls dropped in my room. Upon my return that night, nothing. Luckily I met some guests who were sitting outside (equally unhappy with the residence), who saved me and were most kind, bringing me a roll. When the next morning I asked for toilet paper again, after having left a note at the unstaffed reception desk, I was finally given some. But fresh towels after 4 days? The response was ”well, I don't know, I have to ask my colleague...” I could not believe the staff's attitude. I was happily able to find a place 8 days later and could not leave soon enough. (Unfortunately, in high season and at the last minute, accommodations are nearly impossible to find in Aix.)
