Nice hotels with easy access to city and many shops and restaurants around. The prices are reasonable and worth it. Rooms are nice and spacious and clean

Worst service provided by them to us we were a couple i booked king executive room they gave me suite as king executive were full they are having ac problem over there i tried calling them no one responded so at that time i decided to check out by that time manager came and told they cannot redund as my booking is non refundable plus it was there fault that i was leaving this property still they were not acknowleding it. It was the worst experience of all time and its the worst 5 star hotel i dont recommend this hotel to anyone

A very good stay as always... the staff is very friendly and courteous. The breakfast is delicious. It is great value for Dubai. However, the sauna/spa area was being repaired and could not be used, which made my stay less enjoyable.
