Nice serviced apartment hotel to stay with your family Good - amazing staff - big apartment - well designed - good furniture Comments - tools overused should be replaced - TV was not working - AC was not cooling - bed sheets not well cleaned or shall be new

It was superb Hotel Food was very tasty & Ambience was superb. This Hotel is a great place to stay in Dubai, The rooms have been excellent: Specious, clean and comfortable, i mostly like you food and staff are very friendly and helpful i will definitely come again. Highly recommend....

I can say the place was superb & friendly....The rooms are really big and good quality bed really big.... Will visit soon....The infinity pool was superb....The view from rooms were nice....I had the best trip ever.... Cleanliness was on the top notch

All was nice experience with visa. This was my first time staying at this property. I was extremely pleased with the room, staff, and service. The property is very beautiful the size of the room is spacious and very comfortable. We will definitely recommend this property and intent to stay again in future. Thank you entire team for making my trip so special

Rooms are good.............excellent service from housekeeping.I had a great stayed here ......will recommend my friends and families as well.The location is near to the metro station........and so warm hospitality,........difenitely i will comeback soon.

Nice hotel but make sure you stay on the upper floors as construction was going on and was loud! The staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast buffet and menu was out of this world. The lounge chairs were king size and fun to relax on. Great location for the Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa.

I had a beautiful experience with Vida downtown on the New Year's Eve... it was the best location, and the Hospitality experience was mesmerizing. Rooms are beautiful, clean and everything is so amazing in this hotel. One of my best experiences.

I can only describe this hotel as the best. I was privileged enough to stay at this gorgeous property. It only gets more breathtaking as you walk in. The staff at this place were all great. Great hospitality. They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The location is top notch. You get the most mesmerizing view of the Burj. The bed was super comfy. I will always stay at this property whenever i am travelling to or through. Love the charm of this hotel. Does not give you the routine chain hotel vibe at all. The amenities provided inside the room makes you feel like you are cared for. It is the perfect stay if you are travelling with your family.
