Lugar incrível para ficar em Dubai. Equipe atenciosa com apartamentos excelentes. As acomodações eram muito arrumadas e limpas, todos os acessórios e talheres necessários foram fornecidos. A localização também é boa. Obrigado equipe Golden Sands.

Great hotel, really clean, friendly and helpful staff, spacious apar**ents, good breakfast and good for children. Would highly recommend

The place was neat and felt like home away from home. About 10 minutes walk to metro, great food from their restaurant and spacious room.

It's a mixed bag, rooms are clean and tidy but furniture is old, some furniture is very old, for example the tv is from ps2 Era, no hdmi port, tv channels are analog and look like tvs from the 90s, the sofa was broken, they refused to repair it or replace it with another one, they offered a free extra bed for the baby as a compensation,which ruined the room and we had to ask them to remove it and preferred to use the broken sofa; it's not a good sign when your guest thinks sleeping on a broken sofa is the best option you have given them. Staff is friendly but not all of them are experienced, for example, when I checked in I didn't have cash for the 300 dhz security deposit, so I used my debit card... it turned out that they hold the deposit with actually debitting, which works for credit cards but for doesn't for debit cards I still haven't been refunded the 300 and they didn't take responsibility for it even though the staff manager was involved... they said I should contact the bank, but it's their fault they should have asked if it was a debit or credit card. They even had the nerve to ask for 20 dhz for 1 broken glass and 1 broken cup (in reality those are cheap cup and glass that cost them like 1 dhz each), saying I needed to pay in order for them to issue a void command on their point of sale, which I did because it was only 20 dhz and I didn't have the time to argue, i hopes that someday 300 dhz will be refunded to my account. Overall, it was an average experience given the price I paid, about 190dhz in April, which is not high season for Dubai and still not summer ... In summer It needs to be no more than 110 to make sense since it is 15 mins walking from nearest metro station and you would have to rely exclusively on taxis to move around.

nice hotel apar**ent staff very nice ,,,, just was missing some amenities like iron machine has no steam not useful at all .... also electric car charger .... in dubai now each hotel must have one or 2 charger station

It’s a good budget apar**ent hotel that you would get with all the good amenities of a 3-4 star hotel. Location is great, close to burjuman mall 15-30 mins by walk, 25 minutes to airport drive. Old souq, meena bazar pretty near. With 24*7 supermarkets and restaurants 2-5 minutes proximity by walk. Breakfast at restaurant is good with continental, Indian and Arabic offerings.

service was good, staff is friendly and helpful. The location is very good. the facilities are very limited with only 1 restaurant and the food quality was very average. The rooms were big but looked very old as some of the facilities in the rooms were very old , like the wash basins, the locks were not working sometimes.
