What a beautiful hotel. From the moment we arrived at the hotel the service was exceptional. The staff cannot do enough for you and are always looking to go the extra mile. Nothing is too much trouble. We loved wondering from the pool to the private beach and we felt very safe leaving our belongings by the pool whilst we went to the beach. The food has been delicious, we particularly enjoyed the sweet and sour chicken at the Demon Duck.

Excellent service from Asar and a stunning location with a beautiful beach and delicious food make this hotel a top choice for travelers seeking relaxation and culinary delights. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the facilities are top-notch, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable stay for all guests.

Our first vacation in Dubai and we decided to go to banyan tree our family member recommended us to this hotel and the service was excellent and amazing Phiona went extremely extra miles the hotel is so proud to have a staff like phiona we came here because of her thank you for your good service at the pool 🥰 we will be back soon

Went here for a pool day. Very nice place. As suspected the staff are first class and look after you well. Pool and surroundings are really nice. Food first class and the music was at a level where you could enjoy in and still speak to your companions. Beach is nice but for me a bit crowded. If you want a beach bed you do need to get here early. We got in around 12 and the beech was full and there was little choice of beds around the pool. This is because it’s so nice and popular.

The people working here were professional and we always felt really welcomed by them. Everyone from reception to kids club and housekeeping were super friendly and polite. We would like to especially thank Mekano who daily invited us to do sport activities and made sure we were always having a great time. We had the best holiday in Banyan tree !!

From the very beginning of our arrival at the hotel, Mr. Murad and the entire staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Everything was well-organized, and our room was freshly cleaned and comfortable. We were particularly pleased with the care given to children. Our kids were provided with numerous amenities and entertainment options. The entire hotel staff was very polite and responsive. Responses to our inquiries were always quick and helpful. Special thanks goes to Murad and Kevin for their high level of professionalism and care for our comfort. They were very attentive to our needs and created a friendly atmosphere. Overall, the entire hotel staff was so hospitable that we felt at home. We appreciated their efforts in creating a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere for all guests. In conclusion, we are very satisfied and highly recommend spending a vacation at this hotel.

My day visit to Banyan Tree Dubai was an absolute dream come true! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with top notch hospitality and warmth. The resort's stunning beachfront location provided the perfect backdrop for a day of relaxation and adventure with my friends! The beach at Banyan Tree Dubai is truly beautiful, super quiet and chilled. One highlight of my day visit was the water sports activities available at the resort. From jet skiing to wakeboarding, there was quite a choice and the staff were extremely helpful throughout. We also enjoyed an afternoon tea experience at their Tocha terrace which was unforgettable, cakes to die for, served by a wonderful Japanese chef named Riho. The impeccable service truly exceeded my expectations. All in all it was a perfect day spent with friends at a truly stunning location. If you’re looking for something special, I highly recommend Banyan Tree Dubai. We had both a luxurious and relaxing day. Dubai is a such a fun-filled, face paced city and our day here complimented our trip perfectly.

Banyan tree has the best beach in Dubai. I love this place. It's one of my favourites in the city! The restaurants are very nice as well, the stuff is friendly and fantastic! I will come back again for sure, because every time I have an amazing experience here!

I had some issues with booking and completing my reservation. After contacting the hotel, I received prompt assistance from Mr. Moustafa Abdelsalam, the manager. He was there to guide me from start to finish and ensure that my stay would be seamless. Rarely have I experienced such attentive and decisive service. My stay at this hotel was truly a super-luxurious experience, and for that, I am immensely grateful to Mr. Moustafa. It's not often that you encounter such dedication and care. It felt like a true indulgence to stay in this hotel. The hospitality and attention to detail were truly indescribable. They seemed to anticipate and fulfill every need and desire before I could even ask. This level of service is rare, and I am truly impressed. I travel regularly, but this kind of treatment is something I have never experienced before. It felt like I was staying in a true paradise. I am especially, very grateful to Mr. Moustafa, and I hope to have the opportunity to return to this hotel soon, where I know I will be welcomed with open arms and extraordinary care."
