Stayed here for three nights to visit Dortmund for the first time. Hotel has a great location in the middle of the city, close to the train station, and underground parking is a big plus. Had a nice street view from my room on the 5th floor. Rooms are nice and spacious. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great, but maybe a bit too expensive. Would definitely come back here on my next trip to Dortmund.

The hotel is very good, the first time I booked the suite is good, the second time because I did not book a business room, I found that the business room orientation is the front of the hotel, the standard room orientation is close to the high speed on the back of the hotel, but the sound insulation is not too noisy, hotel parking If the indoors are 20 euros, the open-air gate is 10 euros, and there is a parking lot next to the hotel's open-air parking lot. It is 7 euros, but this parking seems to be unattended. The first afternoon to go there, I did not see the management staff. A cabin was closed. After checking out the next morning, I saw that someone was waiting to collect the money. It felt like it was cheap but not safe.

Lovely hotel, clean, lovely decor, very welcoming staff and extremely very helpful. Great choice of breakfast and really fresh. WiFi not good at all but the great staff at reception got us logged in after we couldn’t connect but it kept dropping after a few minutes and we had to reconnect, we had roaming on our mobile plans so it wasn’t a hassle. Definitely a location hotel perfect for easy transport to Dortmund Signal Iduna Park or a spot of city shopping. This is a city centre hotel so be warned there is a bit of noise and you do hear faint rumble of the underground rail system now and again which is very close by but a seasoned traveller who does their homework would know there is always some sort of noise in a city centre but don’t let it put you off this hotel, I would return in a heartbeat.

Dear readers, as unsatisfactory guest, I would like to share my experience in this hotel. First of all, I must say that the central location of the hotel is positive. I also liked the impressive hall of red marble in the eastern style. My room on the 5th floor was pleasantly large and offered a good view of the city. Unfortunately, this is the hotel at the crossing of two main roads. This means that the traffic around the clock is very strong and especially at night when the Poser scene tries her PS-stark cars, I was always wake up at night. Also the equipment is simple and has come into the years. The garden fell to me immediately when hearing, because the holder was defect and it was no longer fitted. The very bright room was also a big problem because I could hear any noise from the neighbouring rooms. The breakfast was a great disappointment, as low-quality goods were used, the cheapest available on the market. All in all, this was the last time I stayed in this hotel. On the second day I went to a bakery in the morning. Unfortunately, I can't make a recommendation for this hotel and advise potential guests to look after a better option. Ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer, mit dessem Größe wir nicht gerechnet hatten. Neben dem großen Doppelbett standen am Eck noch eine Couch und ein Sessel nebst Tischchen. An der Wand hing in sehr großer Flachbild-TV, auf dem sogar SKY-TV kostenlos genutzt werden konnte, ebenso das war das W-Lan inkludiert. Das Bad war zwar etwas beengt, aber gut ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet. Das gesamte Haus erschien vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert worden zu sein, die Gänge waren im modernenStil gehalten und sprachen mit den Foto-Tapeten mit Aufdrücken von James Dean, Madonna und anderen Stars auch das jüngere Klientel an. Leider gab es nur einen Aufzug, der dem Alter des Gebäudes entsprach aber nicht minder schlecht funktionierte. Das Frühstücks-Buffet war sehr lecker. Gut sortierte Wurstsorten nebst Salami und auch Cornedbeef. Verschiedenste Marmeladen,Schoko-Cremes und einefrische Honig-Wabe standen genau so da wie auch eine gut sortierteReihe an Cerealien mit Frischer Milch, verschedenste Säfte und zwei Caffee-Vollautomaten mit Milch-Caffee, Cappucino, Latte-Machiato und Espresso, aslo für jeden was dabei. Es gab sogar Lachs, der in kleinen Portionen dageboten wurde. Man konnte sich auch frisches Omelett oder Spiegeleier und frischen Speck braten lassen. Brötchen verschiedenster Art, Weizen, Roggen,- und sogar Milch-Brötchen sowie verschiedene Brot-Sorten und Croussons mit oder ohne Schoko-Füllung. Abgerundet wurde das Buffet mit frischem Obst. Man füllte mir bei Abreise sogar meine Thermoskanne mit frischem Filterkaffee für die Heimreise. Ich habe selten ein so reichhaltiges und leckeres Frühstück in einem Hotel erleben dürfen.

Good front desk service, poor breakfast service! I have been to Germany on business several times, and I have never seen such a waiter. I would video with my family in the morning. I used headphones and talked for a while. A male waiter nodded my arm and called me quiet! Because I am alone and abroad, I don't want to have any security risks. I endured it and hung up the video. By the way, the restaurant is not very big. The top few foreigners diagonally across from me are also talking, and I can hear them. Two people at the table next to me are also talking. My voice is about the same height as theirs. I am a Chinese, so call me quiet? Really the first time I met! Stayed for two nights, I didn't eat breakfast here the next day, really a very poor waiter. Of course most of the foreigners I met are still very friendly!

Hotel adres listed is different then the actual Hotel reception! The Hotel is situated in the very center, with plenty of parking options. They have 2 buildings, after i figured out where the reception was. I eas able to check in and get room #209 a spacious room, without AC. Two big windows towards a side street from the high street shopping area. The staff was friendly and after asking for AC they offered to put a fan in my room, which was necessary due to the very warm weather. I did enjoy the breakfast with savory and sweet option to choose from. I liked the stay very much that i booked for Hannover too in the weekend.

Outstanding hotel! Exceptionally clean. Great service. Friendly staff. Very easy access to major roads and freeways. Plenty of parking. Truly a 4 star US equivalent in quality and room size. One of the best European hotels I've stayed in.

The price is very convenient. The location is very beautiful and Turkish restaurants are on the street. The room is a front number. The tea Water coffee is all available and the tea heating is available. I want to come back to a great place.

Excellent city hotel in perfect proximity to the city center, the train station and the German Football Museum! Beautiful, comfortably furnished lobby and bar. Exceptional, wonderful, varied breakfast until 12:00 p.m.! Everything your heart desires is available here! Very friendly, helpful staff. Very nice, clean and well-equipped rooms. Absolutely a feel-good hotel. We can recommend this hotel with a clear conscience and were able to spend a wonderful weekend in Dortmund here as a family (2 adults + 1 child)! We would love to come back. Keep it up!
