The hotel is very well located in terms of transport, but the service at reception was very unprofessional. I arrived after 3 p.m., but the room wasn't ready. I wanted a quiet room, but was given a large bed room, without taking into account that I had requested a separate twin room. Then I went back to reception and the room category I had requested was downgraded.

Dear readers, as unsatisfactory guest, I would like to share my experience in this hotel. First of all, I must say that the central location of the hotel is positive. I also liked the impressive hall of red marble in the eastern style. My room on the 5th floor was pleasantly large and offered a good view of the city. Unfortunately, this is the hotel at the crossing of two main roads. This means that the traffic around the clock is very strong and especially at night when the Poser scene tries her PS-stark cars, I was always wake up at night. Also the equipment is simple and has come into the years. The garden fell to me immediately when hearing, because the holder was defect and it was no longer fitted. The very bright room was also a big problem because I could hear any noise from the neighbouring rooms. The breakfast was a great disappointment, as low-quality goods were used, the cheapest available on the market. All in all, this was the last time I stayed in this hotel. On the second day I went to a bakery in the morning. Unfortunately, I can't make a recommendation for this hotel and advise potential guests to look after a better option. The price is very convenient. The location is very beautiful and Turkish restaurants are on the street. The room is a front number. The tea Water coffee is all available and the tea heating is available. I want to come back to a great place.

Budget friendly hotel, room was nice. Aircon was loud and didn’t do an awful lot, Bathroom was the best. Bed very comfortable however the bedroom itself wasn’t exactly spacious! Be prepared, no wardrobe or draws of any kind just a rail for hangers. No safe either, bottle of water supplied but room was that disgustingly warm it was warm as there wasn’t a fridge. Well worth the stay if visiting football game and it’s a good price! It’s literally on the public tram (seems to be free as no ticket barriers) Parking is very very sparse however street parking was safe and didn’t receive a fine to the side of the hotel. Check in was easy. Can’t comment on breakfast as wasn’t going to pay €15 each for a continental breakfast which was very very small selection. Rate the hotel if you can get it cheap as it’s very good location and quie!

Very narrow entrance to the parking lot. Door to sliding and quiet. Despite all understanding for Corona, it is a bad service that you must take the breakfast down yourself as guest and then still quite unfriendly instructed to bring the used box down again. You can also save your breakfast order ticket, as it makes the impression that it is arbitrarily set together. The disadvantage is also that you cannot open a window and the balcony door to the persistent balcony cannot be placed on kipp. In general, the rooms also appear much older than on the photos, the bed covers were plenty. This hotel has certainly not earned 3 stars for us.

Wir waren zu einem unschlagbaren Preis im Apartment des Hotels untergekommen. Die Schlafzimmer sind zum Garten und das sehr große Wohnzimmer zur Hauptstraße gerichtet. Die großen Schiebetüren zum Balkon schlucken aber jegliche Geräusche von außerhalb. Das Parkhotel ist sehr gepflegt, und das Personal immer freundlich. Zimmer und Bad waren sauber und sehr geräumig. Beim Frühstück gab es auch für jeden etwas und von allem genug. Wir empfehlen es klar weiter.

A very nice hotel, staff is kind of friendly and they can also be English. The room is pretty and also funny in order! The bed is really nice and there's enough to do in Dortmund. You're on a busy road, but they've not heard anything about the cars and trains! In short, a top hotel and certainly recommend.

The hotel didn't get an excellent because we stayed in a room with twin beds and a huge pillar in it! Otherwise, the location is excellent for the downtown main square. The breakfast was adequate and, if you are a coffee drinker, you have lots of choices.

Ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer, mit dessem Größe wir nicht gerechnet hatten. Neben dem großen Doppelbett standen am Eck noch eine Couch und ein Sessel nebst Tischchen. An der Wand hing in sehr großer Flachbild-TV, auf dem sogar SKY-TV kostenlos genutzt werden konnte, ebenso das war das W-Lan inkludiert. Das Bad war zwar etwas beengt, aber gut ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet. Das gesamte Haus erschien vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert worden zu sein, die Gänge waren im modernenStil gehalten und sprachen mit den Foto-Tapeten mit Aufdrücken von James Dean, Madonna und anderen Stars auch das jüngere Klientel an. Leider gab es nur einen Aufzug, der dem Alter des Gebäudes entsprach aber nicht minder schlecht funktionierte. Das Frühstücks-Buffet war sehr lecker. Gut sortierte Wurstsorten nebst Salami und auch Cornedbeef. Verschiedenste Marmeladen,Schoko-Cremes und einefrische Honig-Wabe standen genau so da wie auch eine gut sortierteReihe an Cerealien mit Frischer Milch, verschedenste Säfte und zwei Caffee-Vollautomaten mit Milch-Caffee, Cappucino, Latte-Machiato und Espresso, aslo für jeden was dabei. Es gab sogar Lachs, der in kleinen Portionen dageboten wurde. Man konnte sich auch frisches Omelett oder Spiegeleier und frischen Speck braten lassen. Brötchen verschiedenster Art, Weizen, Roggen,- und sogar Milch-Brötchen sowie verschiedene Brot-Sorten und Croussons mit oder ohne Schoko-Füllung. Abgerundet wurde das Buffet mit frischem Obst. Man füllte mir bei Abreise sogar meine Thermoskanne mit frischem Filterkaffee für die Heimreise. Ich habe selten ein so reichhaltiges und leckeres Frühstück in einem Hotel erleben dürfen.
