The staff are very awsum and give you the luxury impression. Very clean and calm. Location is very good

Het hele interieur straalt gezelligheid uit. Er is zelfs een lift voorhanden. De kamer zelf is ruim, luchtig en comfortabel. Het gebouw is gelegen aan een vrij druk rondpunt, maar ze zijn danig goed geïsoleerd, dat je daar geen last van hebt. Enig minpuntje bij erg warm weer, is dat er geen airco aanwezig is, alleen een ventilator. Maar dat zal ons niet weerhouden om bij een volgende gelegenheid terug naar de Heritagekamers te vragen. Voor het ontbijt konden we terecht in het nieuwe gedeelte van het hotel. Het ontbijtbuffet bestond uit een warm en koud aanbod, zoet en hartig. Genoeg van alles. En ten slotte was het personeel vriendelijk.

The front desk staff were compétente as well as warmly welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, with enough hangers! The only complaint is that the sink stopper work so it didn’t hold water. The breakfast buffet had a wonderful variety of excellent choices and the staff were very helpful. If we are in the area again we would definitely stay here again!

Where to start .... Checking in took about 25 min. !! We had made reservations weeks in advance but we were not 'in the system', someone had to be called, didn' answer, .... so it took a lot of time. Then we got our keycard to room 105. Once there, the card didn't work so back to reception. Ah, then uou need a (enormous) key to enter, no repairing the card! Wa made reservations to dine at the hotel. What a disappointment: we ordered some hors d'oeuvres to take our time to look at the menu. These were brought after the appetizer. However, all sorts of things were missing ... without notice. The main course was brought and immediately we asked for an extra portion of fries. It was never brought. The main dish also lacked things that were indicated on the menu. So let's go to the room. Once there the television didn't work. Back to the reception. Ah, apparently the previous guests took the remote control with them! Isn't that checked when you clean the room? Breakfast in the morning. At 9 o'clock we go to the breakfast room. Your room number? .... Oh, you haven't passed on an hour! Unfortunately.' Did we have to do that? Yes, at check-in you must immediately give the time when you want to have breakfast'. That was not asked. That's too bad!' ... And so I can go on: very dirty rooms indeed (the washbasin was not cleaned), dirty corridors, ...) This is definitely not worth 4 *, at most a low 3 *. We went there for three days to relax and all the relaxation provided by the (fine) Wellness was immediately transformed into stress by the hotel. They don't see us there again.

Minpoints: - I suspect only glass, a lot of noise in the outdoor room and this morning walking. - bed and kiss not comfortable - beautiful room but old bathroom - no washing hands Plus points: - beautiful hotel with spacious parking - very friendly staff - cheap but delicious and careful breakfast

A very low greeting, I think by the owner, from the far, while I was calling at the reception, madam?? , I went to this gentleman, because I had no sense to go back to call. When I said we booked a room for the ash. night, he walked out to the reception without saying anything to me, looked what was in the computer, roamed in papers and then I got the key of our room. He asked if we wanted a breakfast, but we had already booked it. The question of whether we could eat in the restaurant was not very enthusiastic but ok... then. After taking our bag out of the car, he came to tell us where we could find the room. Room, very evening, hard mattress with many bulls in it, dust, muff and a lot of spinrag. At breakfast, it is not even possible to order a cappuccino, even not with additional payment. I would like to compliment the lady in the morning who served behind the bali, friendly, clean and hospitality, that we had missed all weekend. And I understand that it may be difficult in the horeca, but you ask a fair price, for the quality you offer, then a great dose of friendship and hospitality would make a lot of good for me.
