Rating shown 3. 8. But it really deserves only 1 rating out of 5. And this 1 rating is only for its quality food. Rest of the experience was terrible. For same booking they provide two rooms on different floor. They do not provide ac remote for separate room. Mattress, dormat are not so much clean. Receptionist behaviour was too much bad. Check out 9am. Door is closed at 10. 30pm night. Behaviour of receptionist is very much rude. I don't recommend this hotel.

Amenities shows is not as actual like londry service, bathroom kit etc. Are not available. Also some facilities for resturent not available.

The rooms and bathrooms are both very dirty and unsanitary. The lift has a foul odor, and the hotel staff have control over the air conditioning and water heater, which they only provide after multiple requests. There is a layer of dust and the floors are untidy. Additionally, they did not provide the basic tea making set and bathroom kit that were shown in the photos.

Very good moderate luxury hotel. Good service and good staff behaviour. The restaurant of this hotel serves delicious food but food quantity is little less than the price.

Not the worth experience as per room rate. Room rate was high. Room was damn and clumsy. You can't control the temperature of ac. No controlling remote was given. You have to call the reception every-time for temp control. No room service. Food was ok. They will continuously nagging you for ordering food from their restaurant. Lady from the reception was very rude. No smart tv was there. Not at all good experience.
