The hotel as claimed as the sea in view has no direct view of the sea. The hotel is located in the last corner of new Digha perhaps that lane is the last one in Digha. The lane is a little deserted compared to previous lanes where tourists are seen. Now the hotel has no proper parking and one need to park the car on the direct road.No room specified for hotel parking. If you visit this hotel without a driver it would be troublesome. The room as claimed as the junior suite is just a room with space and a balcony. The room has no locker and the wardrobe is open. I never saw an open wardrobe without door. The Breakfast is though sumptuous and tasty and good but the time is limited to 9.30 am after which the buffest is closed. A little short time for tourist who wishes to come a little late to have their breakfast. Unlike in a big and star hotel where the timing for breakfast is 10.30 am here things wrap up at 9,30 am. Room service is good. The foods are very good. The swimming pool is functioning with clean water but no shower or changing room. One has to directly jump to the pool without a shower. This being an important protocol not followed in this hotel. GYM, as shown, is non-existent. With this I recommend this hotel

The location is near the old digha beach, and you could catch glimpses of the sea from our 2nd floor room. The food we had in the hotel were good. However the reception staff was rude to us from the beginning, they had a miscommunication and didnt receive our booking, even though we booked a month in advance. They served us one meal after 2 hours, the boy at the kitchen phone did not place the order. We asked for an extra mattress/cot but did not get one. The room and toilet was clean, but fixtures broken, etc. Minimum amenities: 1 towel, 1 soap. High priced, considering we paid 2250 with tax.

Location, behavior of all staff, from reception to Restaurant all are excellent.

We had an excellent stay at this property. The ambience was satisfying and the location of the hotel is perfect. The food is great but it can be better. The lobby looks awesome in the evening after the lights come on. Finally the amenities are really commendable and comfortable. The swimming pool on the rooftop provides an almost 360° view of the surroundings. The overall stay at the hotel was fantastic and we are already looking forward for our next stay here again

They stay was really good as well as staffs. They are really friendly and helpful. One thing i disliked is the lunch food i ordered, fish fries tasted like coconut oil but the dinner i ordered it was delicious, even breakfast items were tasty

They overall stay was good. All the basic amenities are there. Liked the swimming pool. Hotel food was also good and prices were reasonable. One thing to note that you have to rent swimming costume from the hotel, you can't use your own costumes.

GGuest UserI was allocated room no 304 pros - location, food, amenities were good. The bedroom and washroom were clean. They have elevator, commode flush with high turbulence, sofa, balcony, well-lit room. They provided two mosquito repellants. Access to drinking water on the floor. There was no unnecessary selling proposition for packaged drinking water or restaurant services. Cons - service persons used to knock multiple times for room cleaning and water. Which i feel should be on-call basis since they provide telephone in the room. And the fan regulator was not working. It had fixed speed. Overall, i would give them 4. 5 out of 5. I would definitely like to book this hotel in my next trip.

K international hotel was good, from the day of check in but check out, the night before the day of check out, i called the reception from the land line of the room, they told me that if you check out tomorrow morning, then the hotel will eat. Please pay the bill tonight. Then i said that i am going to be a little late but i did not like that the person from the reception came to my room with the bill and entered the room. I disliked this behavior of them, and my girlfriend was inside the room. It never occurred to me that the presence of a woman entered the room.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in nice position as per communication wise & also they have enough area and space, very good family friendly, kids playing zone and also very well maintained garden area. The quality & taste of food is excellent but it is little bit of expensive. As per behavior of the staff each & every one is so good, polite, well behaved and well maintained. We just completed our family trip with my 3yrs daughter who enjoyed v. Much here. This all are the reason i already visited here twice & if we have further plan definitely want again to stay here.

GGuest UserI visited the hotel on a weekend, and we booked the premium executive room. The room was big, the bathroom was clean, it had a bathtub and jacuzzi. It has swimming pool, hence carry swimming costume or you can buy one from here. The food was average, though. The hotel is a bit far from the sea beach but you can take toto which will cost minimum.

GGuest UserThe rooms we were provided after a confirmed booking were not well ventilated. These were the backside rooms with useless balcony, for balconies providing views of closely standing wall of another hotel or a dirty, littered piece of land with bad smell. The room service was poor too. Instead of management or, to say, providing a solution, they always came up with smart answers to silent us. They even tried to serve our food on a table just finished, still not mopped. It was an unhappy experience.
