We had googled our way to the fact that the Hilton Mainz has a very good location right down to the Rhine and you can purchase access to the hotel's ”Executive Lounge”. We booked 5 nights and we were ready for a little vacation by the Rhine. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were quickly and efficiently checked in by Mrs. Blanco Flores, who upgraded us to a room with a view of the Rhine. Mrs. Flores made us aware, that the ”Executive Lounge” was unfortunately not that big, but we had to see that with our ”own eyes”. Really good service was provided upon check-in, and our expectations for the stay at the hotel became greater. The room we had been allocated was on the 5th floor with a wonderful view of the Rhine. We had booked a room with breakfast, so we were excited to see, how the breakfast buffet was. But we were very pleasantly surprised there 😊.. There was a reasonably large selection of various breads and hot items, so it was just a matter of getting started with breakfast. The hotel allows you to sit outside and enjoy your breakfast with a view of the Rhine, and watch the people walking and cycling past. We were very lucky with the weather, so breakfast was enjoyed for a little longer time than usual. After breakfast, we went up and see how the ”Executive Lounge” was. But unfortunately we were somewhat disappointed. The ”Executive Lounge” consists of 2 small rooms, where there were 3 tables in each room, and 3 people could sit at each table. When we got outside the time when alcoholic drinks are served, we could see that you could have a cup of coffee or an apollinaris. The snacks on display looked a bit boring, and the fruit wasn't of the best quality either. But cheer up, it could be good in the evening... But when we visited the ”Executive Lounge” in the evening, beer, wine and spirits were on display - but the snacks that were also on display didn't seem particularly inviting - so we didn't take any of them. Summary of our experience of the ”Executive Lounge” is that it is not necessary to purchase access to the ”Executive Lounge”. And we can only encourage hotel management to go on a study trip to Düsseldorf or Dresden, where we have experienced what an ”Executive Lounge” should really be like. In general, the level of service is very high, and the staff a super good service at the hotel 😊... Here we have to highlight in particular: Mrs. Flores from the reception, Heike from the breakfast restaurant and Brittany from Guest Relations. They gave us a really good service during our stay. In summary, we would give the hotel 4 stars out of 5. If the hotel should have had the last star, the ”Executive Lounge” must be upgraded with better rooms. (Could space be created for a small area down in the restaurant area, so that you also have the opportunity to sit outside on the warm summer evenings. We would like to come again at another time to enjoy the good location and super service 😊..

Stayed here on a stopover. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were cozy and clean.

Excellent stuff and good breakfast the room is clean and comfortable just I half one comment regarding the TV channels there is no English Channel I hope if the hotel management they manage to add English channels nearby that is a Turkish supermarket and also another big supermarket 2 restaurants very close to the hotel approximately 10 m away Italian and German restaurant Bus station is approximately 200 m away to the city center and main train station

The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the area is just right. The front desk was very welcoming and responsible and the English was very good. The hotel serves dinner, but there is pizza, which is not very tasty. You can take two or three trains to russelsheim station at the airport, then take a taxi (about ten euros) or a bus (15 minutes walk after getting off the bus) to the hotel. The first time I called Uber because of the large luggage, I chose the bus. It is also very convenient to go to the center of Frankfurt, and the train can be reached in 20 minutes to the central train station. When checking in and checking out, the front desk said that I didn't pay the room rate in advance, but I had already paid on Trip.com. After explaining to the front desk and showing them the confirmation form in the email, they did not have too much entanglement. I don't know how the Trip.com platform is booked. Their system will show that the reservation is not paid. So the English version of the itinerary is downloaded just in case.

I was called this morning by a lady from the favorite restaurant. She wanted to talk to me about my criticism. First you told me that the service staff had a completely different perception and that the restaurant had cameras installed and everything was recorded. First, the information about the cameras irritated me, but I answered that it is in principle good, because it was all recorded and can be assessed in fact. The perception of the servants did not seem to me to be related to facts. Objectively, I can understand – What can you tell the chief if you are in an explanation need... The lady wanted to hear my version again, it was hardly because you've always interrupted me. She took words in her mouth that I would never use, namely it was claimed that I don't want to be “filled” when the server wanted to give me the same wine once 2-tes without asking if I wanted to. The next time it went on and a new corresponding wine should be served. Finally, I said I do not find the conversation to be targeted and I would like to finish it. Finally, the lady has told the audience that you don't want to see us in this restaurant. All right! I wrote that in my criticism that we don't come anymore. Maybe not everything was read or the lady wanted the last word. For me, this is an example of a painful reprocessing...and unfortunately confirms me in what I wrote. There are so great restaurants in Frankfurt, where there were several times, such as Villa Merton, La Fleur, (previously Emma Metzler), Maintower or Lohninger – there is quality, service and friendliness and we're going back there! It is a great hotel, Our room was beautiful, TV and WiFi free. Breakfast buffet is delicious and sufficient.The beer garden before the door invites to stay. Park and ride is near if you want to go to Mainz with the train. It was beautiful, liked again. it is large and there is a large breakfast buffet that is delicious and sufficient.

Wir waren mit 6 Kindern in hôtel achat 2wochen In einer wohnung drin mit wohnzimmer,kuche und Bad.Es fehlte uns an nichts. super grosse Auswahl an Fruhstuck Buffet Sèhr Sauber gehaltenes Hôtel Mitarbeiter Kompetenz auf hohen Niveau Praesenz von Hotelleiter und immer bereit Loesung zu finden .Allés in zu Fuss erreichbarer Naehe ,rewe,aldi markt ,schwimmbad, restaurant.Flughafen nicht weit. Wir kommen seit Jahren her und werden es wieder tun. Einziger Nachteil ,keine klimatisierte Zimmer Aber hatten mehrere Ventilatoren bekommen. Herzlichen Dank an das ganze Team Achat!

Fast check in, polite stuff, very clean and near by train station. Only thing i noticed but not it didnt affect on my stay here is not so good inside isolation, i can hear other people talking.
