Had a delicious lunch at Del with exemplary service and outstanding food quality. The display and the preparations were very nice and tasteful. Chef Bharat created a delectable dish specially for us. Great location near Connaught place. Comfortable hotel with a nice pool, unfortunately food and drinks are not allowed by the pool so it’s not an area for relaxing just for swimming which was a shame as the pool itself is really nice. The bar wasn’t open a lot of the time and the restaurant was quite soulless. All in all an adequate stay with staff doing their best but not very efficiently run by ***agement it felt. Breakfast a good selection. Restaurant quite expensive comparatively to other places. Felt like a premier inn type stay rather than a hotel, we could have stayed somewhere nicer for the same money.

Breakfast was not eaten, no comment, but the rooms and lobby are small, the hygiene is average, the restaurant prices are particularly high and the dishes are average. This five-star is really enough water. Hotels in Delhi are very expensive, and five or six hundred yuan can not live in the same conditions as home. Cheaper ones are so dirty that they can't eat. In short, Delhi is bad.

A bit annoying that personnel continue asking you how was literally everything, every step you do inside of the hotel while i had breakfast 3 different officiants, chief and ***ager asked me if food was okay.. well it was, but please, 1 time asking is more than enough :) however food is great also sauna isn't in its best condition definitely if you are looking to get a sauna, this is definitely not the best choice, it is not working properly room is also looks a bit tired besides of above hotel is good, buuuut hard to call it 5*

Me and my colleague travel with me. We got flora fauna floor when all guests are ladies. I really amazed about that they have separate floor for ladies guest. Staffs was too friendly and excellent. Great hotel, Vanshika was literally the best! From start to finish, she made me feel at ease. It was my first time in India and coming from England, I was a bit skeptical but I'm glad I was served by her. She's so kind, welcoming and cares about the customers. She had checked us in early as our flight landed early. Whilst I was checking in, my mum who has difficulty walking was looked after by her staff, she personally got my mum and made sure she got to the toilet safely. Overall she was amazing, put me ease and genuinely such a kind person, a true asset to Novotel and great example of excellent customer service, I'd come back again because of her. The hotel has great facilities overall, good food at the restaurant, clean, kind and courteous staff and a good location to the local food spots. Special thanks to Vanshika and Novotel. From Ravi N.

Room was beautiful and very spacious. Bathrooms are clean. Unfortunately the pool was under renovation so we didn't get to experience it. Gym is small but gets the job done. Breakfast is very very delicious, and there is a cute bookstore and souvenir shop inside the hotel. Location was convenient for what we needed. Guest services was a bit spottier: we called down a few times for laundry with no response, and we had two problems with our laundry bill. Overall, not quite as professional as the other staff we encountered. We would stay again!

The over all hotel is great. Close to shopping mall. Alot of nice bar and restaurant near by. Toy in the room bar good for after party. Just down stair of the hotel. Breakfast - is ok mostly vegetarian food. The service is great. House keeping Awhile Maurya &Vaibhaw did a great job, clean and fast while I am in the room. Reception- took sometimes for check in and check out. The room is quite big and good that there are no bath tub

They have excellent service and our room housekeeper Mr Prakash was very honest and helpful looking for my misplaced phone. We enjoyed a lot the outdoor bar &cafe and the pool. f I think there should be 4.5 stars for the overall evaluation. To be honest, although they are ”Best Hotels in the World”, these are all within the scope of imagination and understanding, and do not exceed any extreme imagination. My personal concern about the hotel is the time and method of the Clean service. This time it happened to happen: first, it was earlier, and then I swiped in the door directly after pressing the doorbell. Fortunately, I was accustomed to internal lock, otherwise I guess I want to Fight with her, right? I also reflected this in the customer ratings at the end, I hope they will pay attention later!

Rams Inn is definitely a home away from home. The property is in a narrow lane very near to Connaught Place(CP). The location is bang on for a tourist. It has all the restaurants, shopping centers, 2 metro stations, 1 bus station(Shivaji Stadium) a stone throw away. The place is so calm and quiet with a small garden. It's actually a heritage building converted to an inn. So rooms are quaint and fittings are old but functional. Decent for a family stay. We took deluxe rooms that came with garden views and balcony. There is no lift but that wasn't a problem for us. It has a small in-house kitchen that helps in case of kid's needs. Food cooked was really good. I have to thank the room service guys and Heera specially for their warm hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone for their stay in Delhi as you are right on CP. We loved our stay and definitely come back to Rams Inn if in case we visit Delhi again.

Room was beautiful and very spacious. Bathrooms are clean. Unfortunately the pool was under renovation so we didn't get to experience it. Gym is small but gets the job done. Breakfast is very very delicious, and there is a cute bookstore and souvenir shop inside the hotel. Location was convenient for what we needed. Guest services was a bit spottier: we called down a few times for laundry with no response, and we had two problems with our laundry bill. Overall, not quite as professional as the other staff we encountered. We would stay again!

Hotel location is OK, not far from Delhi Gate, about 10-15 minutes walk, the hotel also has a restaurant, which is more expensive than the outside. There is a Khan market nearby, there are a lot of meals in it, you can have a number in Delhi, you can walk without any trouble.

Very nice place to stay for short as well as long time. People are very corporative here. Really appreciate the catering service, Laundry system, Ffod service, comfortability everything is so much awesome that we did not get a single chance for any complaints. Beds are so awesome that you will complete your 8-9 hours sleep within 5-6hours, this is the level of comfort in the hotel beds. Specially the food service is so much freaking awesome that even if we want to skip any lunch or dinner, we can't skip it just because of delicious food. Really appreciate Mr. Ajay (chef) for his cooking so much delicious food.😋😋

This hotel has good rooms no doubt. We got clean rooms and bathrooms everything about that was okay but since i booked 2 rooms well in advance one would expect the rooms to be beside each other. At the time of check in we were told since all rooms are booked, we will get 2 rooms in different floors otherwise we can get 2 adjacent rooms in another wing of the hotel. Now to access this other wing one has to go through the terrace, pass the kitchens and then enter the floor. The entrance is dirty, that wing elevator was sticky and absolutely disgusting. Dirty and smudged floors with food. The breakfast was poor but still doable. Room service was good but when you have items on your menu, please stock on the items otherwise we customers have to get our requirements from outside the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We needed a place to rest and repack before our flight. Being from the United States, we were not sure we would find a place. Mr. Vinod Kumar was excellent in accommodating us at the last minute. We had lunch there also. The room was clean and very well appointed for the price! The food was excellent and clean. The espressos were also the best I've had in India and better than the Leela in Delhi! Actually better than any Starbucks as well! When we return to Delhi, we will be back to stay a while!
