The hotel is just opposite to the Dehradun Railway Station. Some part of it is still under construction. But, from stay perspective, it is ready. We visited and stayed here on our way to a Himalayan Trek. The overall experience was good. The check-in was pretty smooth. Being a new hotel, everything appears and feels new. The room was good with bright colors. Room size was decent. It had a small balcony. The bathroom was neat & clean. The bedding was of good quality. The room had all required amenities. We were family of 3 and hence required additional bed. It was provided immediately on request. The portable bed was also of good quality. The hotel has a small restaurant as well. However, it was priced on a bit higher side. The food items we requested had different portions and when we enquired about it, they did not bother to check and correct it. The food taste was good though. Overall, it's a nice little hotel good for short stay near the railway station.

This is a very good hotel. The rooms we had came with a great view of Mussorie hills from our window. This is located a bit out of the hustle bustle of the city and very quiet. The rooms are comfortable. The bathroom is clean and shower is good. The breakfast spread was very good. We had a gathering of friends for dinner and the restaurant staff went out of their way to ensure that all my guests were comfortable. This is my second stay here and we will surely return to this place. The front desk were super quick with the check in and check out.

Basically receptionist female was really good. She put full effort to make us make comfortable. Food was good. The only point i like to highlight that room bedding sheets and the sofa cover was not perfectly clean.

Rooms are small but tastefully done. Services are okay. Food is pricey. The entire ground floor is parking, rooms start from floor 1. Did not try bar, hence no comments. Pretty easy to reach,

I have travelled to many hotels across India & abroad to various seasons. Comfort Inn has an impeccable service with very very professional staff and team who manages the operations on 11/10 basis. the +1 is for the exceptional service and ambiance.. very beautiful, tasteful and well managed. I happen to visit the hotel in rainy season.. whereas most of the hotels would smell damp somewhere or else.. this place has each and every corner dried and fresh smelling. Kudos to the staff who manage it so well. The lady Deepshikha at the reception has a wonderful service and very professional and well spoken person having very goof staff management skills. Deepak at the restaurant has served us happy and satisfied customers. Those travelling must try the food at the restaurant, which is freshly cooked to perfection with herbs and spices. Absolutely satisfied with everything, hygiene, food, stay, staff, experience.

Personal attention by Chef Ankit Joshi made our meals and stay even better. He was friendly, interactive and gave us lots of information about the local cuisine and ingredients. All dishes by his team were extremely delicious so much so that we barely ventured out of the hotel for a meal. One of the best and most diverse breakfast spreads as well! Good service by Krishna and Naresh as well as Shubham at front desk. Most people are expecting atleast some view from their room so please fix the ones which face a building wall. Overall good, clean rooms, bathrooms and pool.
