Perhaps unfortunately, I caught up on a long vacation in India and came to Rishikest, a place where the Beatles once visited to cleanse my soul. The traffic jam was so heavy that I doubted my life, and the level of chaos reached the highest level. In addition, there may be a big gap between our expectations for five-star hotels and the standards here. Such hotels in China may only be slightly better than B&Bs and government guest houses. The curtains can hardly block the light. When does it get bright and when do we have to After getting up, the only pleasant thing is that the hotel staff are very friendly. Although the buffet does not contain any meat, the variety is quite diverse. Do not choose to come during vacation. Not only is the price expensive, but you will not be able to appreciate the tranquility of the Ganges River.

It is the best hotel in Dehradun, This is a 4-day stay, and I liked the international cuisine offered in the restaurant with a wonderful forest view. The staff service was very good, and the room was clean and luxurious. They also provide laundry and parking facilities. Overall, a great experience, and I would like to refer my friends also.

Those who are travel-ling by train or bus, the location of this hotel property is good. Staff is courteous and prompt. Only one thing was missing, an electric heater could have been provided or offered in the room due to extreme cold weather. Food quality is good. The restaurant can be upgraded with a proper and better bar.

Comfortable stay in Hyatt centric dehradun . Everything was good during are stay . Love to eat aloo ki sabji with kuttu ki roti . Thanks too Manpreet attending very well during breakfast or dinner . Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the futur

It is a great hotel with amazing views surrounding the property. The location is amazing, it is very near to the picture palace, from one end you visit the start of the mall road and from another end you can visit the lovely omelette directly, avoiding the tiring slope The rooms have both hot/cold AC, they are spacious and have really great views. The food here is delicious, And the service is amazing, special thanks to Mr Lalit Pant for such great hospitality. We come to mussoorie very often and this is our go to hotel.

staff is very courteous and helpful. they went out of the way to help my child who suffered from travel sickness.
room was recently renovated and easily met 4* standards.
property is undergoing renovation so hopefully it will be more better in upcoming months.
food options are limited but good & fresh, fish/mutton were very tasty, items are reasonably priced.
each staff is very polite & humble.
property is well maintained & sits atop a pvt hill.
property approach is easy & not too steep, easily ***ageable with any car type.

GGuest UserI m presently at this hotel and having arrived extremely ill from my previous location, the staff and ***ager looked after us nicely. The hotel is very clean and all staff very friendly. Was meant to rest here for one night as we are on 20 days road trip but staying two night to recover from tummy bugs. I would recommend this lovely hotel and it’s reasonably priced too

AAdvocate Gargi WHi So my sister and I had booked our stay at your Mussorie property. Subsequently due to an emergency my sister had to book an early morning departure from Dehradun. Due to rains the road from Mussoorie to Dehradun had landslides and debris at several points. My sister would have had to leave as early as 2 am in the dark. As a solo female and considering the erratic rains we had requested for a cancellation of the last day (16th September). Request was raised via goibibo. A gentleman from your management called on 15th and confirmed my request considering the precarious situation and the risk a female travelling alone at 2 am would have to take and informed that he will confirm the cancellation request with goibibo. Despite repeated communication and even after sharing the call log with your team of the confirmation I had received from you, I have still received no confirmation as informed by goibibo. I will request you to fulfil your commitment and revert back and resolve the issue with goibibo. Thank you once again.
