Fairfield Inn & Suites Nashville Downtown/The Gulch

"I decided to stay here after looking for a good value for money accommodation in Nashville. I booked it at a low price, but the parking lot, breakfast, and room condition were all good. I would book here again next time."

Loews Nashville Hotel at Vanderbilt Plaza

"The hardware facilities of the hotel are okay, but the service is definitely very poor, very poor, very poor. I obviously booked a room for 5 nights with prepayment on Ctrip, which cost nearly 4,000 yuan a night, including breakfast, but when I When I checked in, the hotel told me that my room did not include breakfast and I had to pay for breakfast myself. After I reported it to Ctrip customer service, there was no positive feedback and I am still wrangling! Also, if you don't book a room at this hotel online on Ctrip, you can call the hotel directly in the United States or use a local app to book, and the price will be about 30% cheaper than booking on Ctrip, and you don't have to pay the full amount in advance. I'm very depressed! It seems that Ctrip is really good at killing experienced customers! Speechless🙄️"

Holston House in the Unbound Collection by Hyatt

"O hotel era bonito e a localização era conveniente. Quando NOS descobrimos, NOS atingimos com mais de 300 dólares de taxas. Não conseguimos serviço de quarto, não conseguimos usar o telefone, não pedimos filmes, então a conta foi um choque. A única coisa que sabíamos seria uma taxa adicional seria estacionamento, mas mesmo isso não foi o que foi dito no site."

Omni Nashville Hotel

"Beautiful hotel and excellent location.  The lobby bar was wonderful, the Bongo Java coffee shop was great, and the restaurants were fabulous.  The front desk staff was amazing.  We weren't able to enjoy the nice pool though, as it had about 80 people in it and no where to sit!  It was one of the reasons we chose The Omni.  But, I would stay here again."
