This hotel keeps adding charges to my card that I was not billed for. I inquired about this and they have ignored me.

1 Hotel and the staff were fantastic. Hotel is a block away from Broadway and the Country Music Hall of Fame.
If you are going to Nashville I would consider 1 hotel.

My stay at Hitel 1 was OUTSTANDING!!! What a thoughtfully designed hotel. The ambiance was beyond peaceful. Room was very well appointed with the BEST mini bar I’ve ever seen. Shower was perfect and the bed so comfortable I over slept. Only disappointment is that I was o lot in Nashville for one night. Will make this my hotel of choice when visiting Nashville

Overall, our short stay was enjoyable. We arrived early and they were very accommodating about getting us into our room since we had plans mid-afternoon. Room was great—no complaints. Only issue was we woken up at around 11:45 PM to an announcement that we had to evacuate and head to the Marriott. We were not allowed to return until close to 1 AM. No explanation was given other than it was a “potential security situation”. Once the “investigation” was over, we were allowed back in, but still no one would tell us what the issue was. A little more transparency would have been appreciated. Not knowing definitely put me on edge and made it difficult to go back to sleep once it was over.

The Hotel is decorated super nice all is new. The bedding is super comfortable and our room was equipped with everything. This hotel offers a car service without a charge which was helpful to getting around town if being in a time crunch was an issue.
The staff was very helpful and super attentive to our needs and assisting us in setting up reservations for activities and making suggestions on things to do.
