The service, cleanliness and comfort of Man Xin Hotel Datong was superb. The young lady at the reception was especially helpful to us on the morning of May 30 at 8 am when we discovered we had left our mobile phone in a taxi we hailed from the street. She made a police report immediately and the police located the taxi driver within an hour. We got our phone back with great relief. All the staff at the hotel was very courteous and friendly.

Choosing Manxin Hotel for our trip to Datong was definitely the right decision! The hotel is conveniently located near the Ancient City's Daiwang Mansion, making it easy to visit Daiwang Mansion, enjoy the ancient city's night views, and see the Nine-Dragon Wall – no need for constant taxis, saving a lot of hassle. The overall design is very tasteful, blending the ancient charm of the city with a modern minimalist style, perfect for photos. The room was very clean, with a separate wet and dry area, smart controls, and good soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff were patient and even recommended local dishes and sightseeing routes. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and the freshly shaved noodles were a unique local specialty. The self-service laundry room with a dryer was very practical for longer trips. Next time I'm in Datong, I'll definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the ancient city!

差評！嚴重差評！很反感用顧客手機偷偷點好評，要好評一定會給的，但是偷偷點好評就過分了，入住2天，分別拍了2個訂單，第一天到酒店時候半夜11點了，門鎖鎖不上，防盜拉鍊也沒有，工作人員一頓修，也沒修好，換房間還沒有就這樣將就了一宿，第二天打電話我説説給我們換個房間，很痛快就換了，還送了一份伴手禮（2袋涼皮➕3瓶飲料），入住的都很愉快，第三天退房的時候，前台可能怕給差評，臨走時候説，姐幫忙給個好評，我説好的好的，我着急趕飛機，回頭給你們點，結果前台説，姐那麻煩你把攜程訂單調出來下，我看下您的訂單，結果手機遞給她們時候，就看到她們點了一下還給我，我一看原來是給評價點的好評，當時着急去機場就沒來的急評價，很反感這種行為，拿客人都當**嗎？全國漫心這麼多家，頭一次碰到這樣的員工，是不是應該提高下員工素質？
