Datong Grand Hotel

Vamos apenas olhar para a foto, a diferença entre este hotel de cinco estrelas e aquele em que fiquei antes não é nem um pouco diferente. O café da manhã não consegue acompanhar a oferta Queria ir ao parque de estacionamento subterrâneo por volta das cinco horas da manhã, mas não consegui encontrar o elevador.Queria perguntar ao escritório frontal, mas não havia ninguém no escritório frontal. O efeito de isolamento acústico é fraco, o barulho das crianças no corredor é tão alto quanto os seus ouvidos. O que é ainda mais engraçado é que não há sequer uma pequena geladeira... ou ar condicionado. Eu suspeito seriamente que seja um cinco estrelas falso Esqueça o preço normal, o preço do primeiro de maio realmente não corresponde a este hotel. Se você for lá, sugiro que dê uma olhada mais.

Unfortunately the hotel did not correspond to the booked and promised standard. It is very old. The carpet in the room had a lot of stains. has it been professionally cleaned since it was built in 2010? the sheets had some holes in them and there were a lot of stains on the walls. The fridge was damaged and not working. We had booked the room for 4 people. However, we were consistently only provided with 3 towels and bathrobes in the room. it would be very desirable if the housekeeping was informed about the guests! The breakfast (from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.) was okay. The Western breakfast included coffee, yoghurt, butter, jam… Unfortunately every type of bread/toast was very old and dry. on the second morning the cornflakes were empty. the answer of the waiter "mei you" (we don't have it). After asking again and pointing in the direction of the kitchen, the waitress brought 2 bowls of cornflakes to our children. the pool area needs to be cleaned urgently. There is a lot of rubbish and a lot of dirt/dust on the cupboards in the cold and rather dark changing room. opening hours are until 10 pm. however, the whirlpool was already turned off at 8:40 pm and the water drained. we didn't feel very welcome. the employee probably wanted to call it a day. the question about towels was answered with "mei you" (we don't have it). later, she brought us 3 more pieces.

Was good/ free parking/walking distance to the city wall and other attractions

The room was big and very clean. English speaking service is quite limited but in general it was somehow doable to communicate. The breakfast room was unfortunately very crowded and noisy. As result, the breakfast was a bit stressful and the service could not refill the breakfast buffet in time.

Historic hotel close to the city wall

Unbelievably bad experience. Starting from check-in, where we were ignored completely as westerners. The hotel itself was old, smelly and immediately gave us us an unwelcoming feeling. The room was dirty, there was vomit on the wall next to the toilet, long bushes of black hair everywhere. The beds were soft and ok but that’s just about the only positive thing. Breakfast was chinese only… quite a horrible experience altogether!

The hotel is clean and standard. Good for the price. We liked the stay there.

老牌酒店，設施都比較老舊了，插座插不上充電器，總滑下來。房間帶浴缸，暫且不説用不用浴缸，就是説浴缸上全是茶漬會讓人很不舒服。衞生間門上還有不明物體的白色污漬，難道説打擾人員真的看不見嗎。以上均沒拍照片留證，但是都是事實。 唯一不錯的是早餐還算豐盛。
